We are currently seeking Sales Assistants for our West End location. (Part Time: weekends and occasional evenings)

Reporting to the Sales Agent, the Sales Assistant will:

  • Greet clients an welcome them professionally to Claridge Homes Sales Centres
  • Ensure models and sales office are in presentable order and good condition before opening and before closing.
  • Prepare and present marketing materials, brochures and site plans to prospective buyers
  • Answer calls and respond to emails in regards to the properties, qualifying leads, and updating the marketing database.
  • Follow-up with prospective buyers responding to inquiries and booking appointments and visits
  • Prepare paperwork for the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, as well as all applicable Tarion statements as needed
  • Collect and provide receipts for deposits
  • Redirect prospective buyers to the Sales Representatives
  • Inspect model homes for deficiencies and submit, and review required work orders as needed.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Sales or customer service experience is required, preferably in new home sales.
  • Strong communication skills an asset.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel
  • Independent, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate various activities
