EZSecur is a fast-growing, innovative manufacturer of signage and workplace safety products. Their customers are mainly major industrial accounts.

EZSecur is looking for a Customer Service Manager, Inside Sales.

This position is particularly suited to an independent, organized and outgoing candidate, currently in a similar role, wishing to progress to a position with greater responsibility. Internal training will be provided for the right candidate, if necessary.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write quotes;
  • Respond to customer requests and solve their problems, with the help of all internal resources;
  • Support external representatives in prospecting and appointment setting.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Inside sales or customer service position preferred;
  • Estimating;
  • Knowledge of industrial environment would be an asset.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Self-starter;
  • Good problem-solving attitude;
  • Bilingual (English, French oral and written);
  • Comfortable with computer systems and CRM;
  • Empathy and people skills.
