EZSecur is a fast-growing, innovative manufacturer of signage and workplace safety products. Their customers are mainly major industrial accounts.
EZSecur is looking for a Customer Service Manager, Inside Sales.
This position is particularly suited to an independent, organized and outgoing candidate, currently in a similar role, wishing to progress to a position with greater responsibility. Internal training will be provided for the right candidate, if necessary.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write quotes;
- Respond to customer requests and solve their problems, with the help of all internal resources;
- Support external representatives in prospecting and appointment setting.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Inside sales or customer service position preferred;
- Estimating;
- Knowledge of industrial environment would be an asset.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Self-starter;
- Good problem-solving attitude;
- Bilingual (English, French oral and written);
- Comfortable with computer systems and CRM;
- Empathy and people skills.
