Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Design & Strategy: Develop digital marketing campaigns that align with business goals and brand strategies.
  • Content Creation & Management: Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., digital advertising, website updates, blogs, e-newsletters, and social media posts) for Muskoka Brewery, Muskoka Spirits, and Rally Beer.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end digital projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Website & Brand Presence: Oversee the company website and brand presence to enhance awareness and engagement.
  • Social Media & Online Engagement: Maintain a consistent and engaging online voice across all active social media platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Media Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on media coverage across both social and traditional channels, providing valuable insights to the Marketing department.
  • PR Support: Assist with PR tasks such as creating media lists, researching trends, supporting partner mailouts and engaging with influencers. Contribute to organic brand growth and maximize earned impressions.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor social media and email inquiries, flagging important issues and forwarding relevant opportunities to the Marketing Managers.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on digital marketing ROI, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Travel: 20-30% within Ontario (car allowance provided) must be located within Southwestern Ontario with the ability to travel to Bracebridge brewery weekly to bi-weekly
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Solid knowledge of digital media tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, website management, and content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in photo and video editing software with the ability to maintain brand standards.
  • Experience with visual communication and a strong eye for design.
  • Photography and video production skills are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional qualifications in web design, animation, or video production are a plus.
