What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cold calling, managing accounts, creating presentations, and closing sales
  • Tracking sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
  • Collaborating with the Rental Center to prepare sales contracts, documentation, and manage order/project collections
  • Offering technical sales support for power and temperature-related applications and manuals
  • Developing and executing an annual sales plan for your territory
  • Working closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure project execution and completion
  • Gaining a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution systems, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors

What You'll Bring:

  • 4-10 years of B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of the oil & gas, industrial, construction, or power industries
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience collaborating with various departments (Operations, Fleet, Logistics)
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Must-Haves:

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Proven track record as a B2B Sales Professional
  • Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas, construction, or power industries
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel and cover a large area around Edmonton

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in building and construction services
  • Knowledge of power rental generation
  • Experience managing large sales quotas of $2 million or more
