As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented Telephone Representative/Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our international growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The International Business Development role will play a key part in expanding the brand globally. This position combines client relationship management, business development, and remote sales strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and actively promoting Kunjo products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate with potential clients using the company's provided database (15,000 to 20,000 leads).

Identify new potential clients through targeted research and outbound phone prospecting.

Present our brand's products convincingly, addressing customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Prepare and send commercial proposals.

Organize and participate in trade shows and events to represent the brand and establish long-term business relationships (Germany, New York, Las Vegas).

Track sales, analyze market trends, and adjust sales strategies to optimize performance.

Coordinate orders, deliveries, and account management in close collaboration with internal teams.

Ensure seamless communication with the leadership team to guarantee customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Develop strategic partnerships to maximize distribution.

Optimize sales channels based on country-specific needs.

Design relevant communication materials (brochures, website content, digital assets).
REQUIRED PROFILE:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

Proactive, flexible, and passionate about brand development.
REQUIREMENTS:

Languages: Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.

Proficient in computer tools: Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Office-based position (exceptions apply).

Flexibility to occasionally work non-standard hours due to international client schedules.

Travel required for trade shows 3-4 times per year (Germany, New York, Las Vegas) and client meetings as needed.

Bachelor's degree is an asset.

Experience in import/export is a plus.

Knowledge of AI is a plus.
WORK CONDITIONS:

Base salary + Commission for a total compensation ranging between $80,000 and $100,000+ in the first year, with growth potential.
