The ideal candidate for the newly created Content Manager position at Sanuvox is a creative, motivated, and experienced marketing professional. He/she will be responsible for developing marketing copy to promote our products, writing blog posts on industry-related topics, and managing/coordinating content promotion on social media platforms. The successful candidate will be capable of producing engaging and brand-consistent content across various platforms, from initial concept to final delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content creation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies and ideas.
  • Plan, create and publish engaging and on-brand content for a variety of mediums such as websites, blogs, videos, video scripts, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, and more.
  • Understand and adhere to brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Research industry-related topics to ensure content is relevant, informative, and attracts our target audience.

Social media coordination

  • Manage and oversee social media content and platforms.
  • Provide guidance and recommend which social media platforms are favoured for diffusing content.
  • Promote content and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
  • Engage the audience using all available tools
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance metrics, and tweak strategies as needed.
  • Respect and ensure compliance with copyright and privacy laws in content creation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing or combined education and experience in other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Technical knowledge

Technical tools:

  • Content management systems (CMS): WordPress, Shopify, Umbraco
  • Graphic design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva
  • Video editing software or online platforms
  • Social media management tools: Meta Business Suite,
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, and Google Looker
  • CRM knowledge

Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role
  • Bilingual – French and English (required)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail
