We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as a Digital Product Manager in GTA Area, ON (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex digital solutions with a focus on AI, ML, and GenAI platforms.

• Apply agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making throughout the product development process.

• Leverage experience in the biotech/pharma industry to align products with industry standards and practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business or relevant field is required.

• 3-6 years of experience in digital product management with a focus on AI/GenAI, and a proven track record in delivering complex AI/ML/GenAI solutions.

• At least 5 years of leadership and team management experience.

• Strong communication, technical intuition, attention to detail, and familiarity with agile and data-driven decision-making.

• Passion for AI, cognitive science, and continuous learning; experience in the biotech/pharma industry is preferred.
