POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing & Brand Specialist plays a key role within our vibrant, cross-functional team (marketing, sales, purchasing, customer service).
Their mission? To bring our brands to life — both internally and externally — with clarity, creativity, and heart.
Working closely with the marketing, sales, e-commerce teams and external partners, this person develops and executes clear and impactful brand strategies, ensures messaging consistency across all channels, and helps maximize the impact of every marketing initiative.
As guardian of the brand image, they make sure that every customer touchpoint — whether it’s a product sheet, a web page, a visual, or a sales pitch — reflects our values, our positioning, and our customer promise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support – top priority

Craft key messages for each product and target segment (schools, parents, professionals).

Create sales tools : product sheets, presentations, sales pitches, launch kits, and tailored visuals.

Work closely with the sales team to support their fieldwork, prepare for client meetings, and simplify prospecting.

Roll out initiatives that drive sales : targeted promotions, distributor programs, B2B newsletters, and more.
Brand Management

Ensure brand consistency across all channels (marketing, sales, service, web, packaging).

Help bring our values to life at every customer touchpoint.

Maintain and evolve our brand platform (tone, messaging, visuals).
Marketing Execution

Take part in planning and executing campaigns (content, web, influencers, events).

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to strengthen our online presence.

Spot new opportunities for brand visibility (partnerships, trade publications, niche events).
PROFILE: BRAND & PRODUCT MARKETING LEAD REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong writing skills in both English and French (bilingualism required).
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing projects.
- Familiarity with B2B/B2C distribution environments and/or institutional markets (an asset).
- Knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
