Under the direction of the IT Manager, the IT Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and contributing to the business activities related to information technology, systems development, and business processes impacted by IT systems.
The role works cross-functionally across multiple sites to achieve objectives. He·She she must ensure the proper functioning of IT systems. The incumbent will also act as a change agent following project management principles while ensuring excellent communication.
What will be your mandate:
- Provide first line support to end users IT needs (on-site and remote)
- Support users, recommend enhancements, and test new features for the corporate ERP system.
- Maintain and enhance the company's IT systems, including workstation set up, corporate ERP system, ad-hoc reporting, user security, user support, user training, third party, and custom integrations.
- Assist with hardware asset management
- Create, document, and maintain IT procedures (written and video) for new and ongoing training
- Provide ad-hoc reporting services
- Deliver all project milestones on time, on budget and within scope
- Administer the telephony system (IP)
- Collaborate with external providers to ensure the proper functioning of networks and computer equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (an asset)
- A college diploma in computer science or networking or equivalent
- Experienced in Windows Server operating system, Windows Active Directory, Office 365 technologies, networks, cyber security and telephony systems with IP technology
- Experience with AI such as copilot or copilot agents (an asset)
- Bilingualism required, French and English, spoken and written. The person must be able to provide support in both English and French to teams located in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
- Remote backup support for two other sites in Canada
