PRIMED is seeking a Brand Specialist, to join our Marketing / Communications team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is responsible for supporting campaign strategy and leading project management for B2B product marketing, digital marketing, corporate and internal communications, and public relations campaigns. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and innovation to serve our customers. The Brand Specialist will ensure brand consistency, strong campaign execution, and alignment with PRIMED’s overall strategic roadmap. They will also be the direct contact for Shared Services and manage all brand, design and collateral requests
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Accountable for supporting the development of integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns across product, digital, corporate, and brand communications.
- Lead project management of external corporate and product marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution aligned with PRIMED’s brand standards and strategic business objectives.
- Manage workflow and triaging of communication requests from internal departments and shared services, such as print collateral, trade show materials, and promotional items.
- Oversee graphic design and visual communications using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva to support marketing and branding initiatives.
- Manage advertising strategy (budget, timelines, messaging, assets) for brand awareness and product marketing across print, digital, and social media.
- Manage the sourcing and branding of promotional items.
- Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and long-term value
- Other duties as required.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Post-secondary education required - in marketing, digital marketing, public relations or visual communications.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in brand marketing, communications and/or visual communications, with a focus on B2B.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot, including building workflows, sequences and dashboards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Google Analytics to report on campaign.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Proven experience with design template creation and working within brand guidelines.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with demonstrated ability in graphic design and visual storytelling.
- Working experience with campaign management, including paid media and digital content development.
- Experience with media monitoring and outreach, social listening and digital public relations tools/platforms is preferred.
- Professional certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics or related digital tools are considered assets.
- This position is based in the Edmonton office with four days in the office and one remote day offered. This requires occasional travel domestically to support commercial activities.
- Typical office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, due to the nature of the business, work outside of typical hours including evenings and weekends may be required and discussed in advance.
