POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer supports the marketing and sales teams in the execution of projects, big and small.

Creative, detail-oriented, and energetic, this person plays a key role in building and evolving the visual identity of fdmt and manimo®, while also contributing to improving our tools and processes to maintain a high level of quality, agility… and joy in creating.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Visual creation & production

  • Design impactful visuals for social media, the website, newsletters, display campaigns, and Amazon (banners, A+ Content).
  • Produce short animations and clips (GIFs, short videos) to enhance digital engagement.
  • Organize photoshoots: create briefs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Print & packaging support

  • Layout and prepare files for print: catalogs, brochures, flyers, packaging, and branded goodies.
  • Follow the graphic production process (prepress, approval, print quality control).

Brand consistency

  • Ensure compliance with and evolution of the brand identity (tone, typography, icons, color palette).
  • Adapt internal documents (PowerPoint presentations, reports, sales tools) to brand standards.

Agile collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and purchasing teams to respond quickly to creative needs.
  • Join brainstorm sessions and contribute visual ideas aligned with the overall strategy.

Design monitoring & process optimization

  • Stay up to date with design trends and UX/UI best practices.
  • Recommend improvements to streamline creative workflows (templates, visual libraries, light automation via Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva Pro).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma (DEC) in graphic design or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an agency or in-house role, ideally in B2B/B2C or e-commerce contexts.
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Adobe Express).
  • Basic video editing or motion design skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
  • Knowledge of packaging constraints and print production processes.
