Join our marketing team as a Bilingual Specialist, Paid Media! In this role, you'll be designing and executing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms and various business Units (FYidoctors, Visique, BonLook, solis optics). Optimizing campaigns to maximize ROAS, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Our Home Office is located in Montreal and follows a hybrid model.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Executing strategy across channels to drive the most efficient CAC and ROAS without sacrificing brand or long-term growth
- Creating paid ad briefs and contribute to go-to-market strategy for both new and core campaigns
- Contributing to demand generation ideas
- Executing a/b testing strategy that meets broader KPI goals and brand guidelines
- Partnering with Ecommerce teams on weekly, monthly, and quarterly business insights, to optimize landing pages performance and identify other opportunities to increase site conversion
- Assisting in new channel diversification and launches
- Pulling relevant KPI’s to enhance and inform forecasting and budget process
- Developing customer retention and LTV optimization strategies through paid media, including remarketing campaigns and customer lifecycle targeting
- Consistently maintaining a strong eye in the market for emerging channels and trends
- Maintaining competitive analysis documentation
- Partnering cross-functionally with ease, exhibiting a strong grasp of how to balance profitability and desirability
As The Successful Candidate You Have:
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required to communicate daily with team members across Canada
- 3-4 year’s experience scaling performance marketing channels in a direct-to-consumer space; lead generation experience a plus
- At least 2 year’s experience planning and executing paid social campaigns
- Experience with DSPs/Ad Management tools for Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Experience with attribution and measurement platforms (Appsflyer, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar MMPs)
- Proven track record working with creative teams and providing performance-based creative direction
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; Master’s, preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Analytics
- Agile, highly organized individual with a knack for data and drive to innovate
