(Source : Anna Shvets, Pexel)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>13 septembre 2023<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thetalentboard.org\/article\/august-cande-pulse-results-weve-barely-made-a-dent\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dans une publication r\u00e9cente<\/a>, l\u2019organisation am\u00e9ricaine Talent board \u2013 qui \u00e9tudie l\u2019exp\u00e9rience candidat et en fait la promotion des bonnes pratiques \u2013 a tir\u00e9 la sonnette d\u2019alarme sur la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du traitement des candidats dans le processus de recrutement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis la pand\u00e9mie, Talent board note une diminution globale de la satisfaction des candidats par rapport au processus de recrutement des entreprises. Source : Talent Board<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On notera que le pourcentage nord-am\u00e9ricain (courbe bleue) de candidats qualifiant leur exp\u00e9rience de \u00ab&nbsp;belle&nbsp;\u00bb diminue d\u2019ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie, passant de 31% \u00e0 26 % de 2020 \u00e0 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, si on s\u2019int\u00e9resse sp\u00e9cifiquement aux r\u00e9sultats nord-am\u00e9ricains, il faut reconna\u00eetre que le taux de ressentiment est quant \u00e0 lui plut\u00f4t stable\u2026 dans la m\u00e9diocrit\u00e9 ! \u00c0 l\u2019exception de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e pand\u00e9mique (o\u00f9 l\u2019on voit une \u00e9claircie \u00e0 8%), le taux de candidats jugeant avoir v\u00e9cu une \u00ab&nbsp;pi\u00e8tre exp\u00e9rience candidat&nbsp;\u00bb oscille autour de 12% \u00e0 14% depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de ces pourcentages, les auteurs de l\u2019\u00e9tude constatent eux-m\u00eames une d\u00e9gradation de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience candidat dans leur cercle professionnel&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Malheureusement, nous continuons d&rsquo;entendre des histoires de leaders aguerris en recrutement qui, apr\u00e8s avoir appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs postes, ne re\u00e7oivent qu&rsquo;une r\u00e9troaction minimale par courriel apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entrevue. C&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9cevant pour ceux qui font la promotion de bonnes pratiques.\u00bb  <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ces statistiques ont de quoi surprendre dans un contexte de p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, et ce, peu importe l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du march\u00e9, notre mesure de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client nous montre que les employeurs les mieux not\u00e9s (par les candidats) sont ceux qui donnent une r\u00e9troaction aux candidats interview\u00e9s. Et pourtant, sur la base de 200 000 r\u00e9ponses de candidats, dont une majorit\u00e9 n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9, le taux de ressentiment est \u00e0 la hausse dans son ensemble, et nombre de candidats qui nous donnent avoir eu une belle exp\u00e9rience a subi une chute significative cette ann\u00e9e.\u00bb   <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Si on se rapporte \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thetalentboard.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/2022-TB-NA-CandE-Candidate-Experience-Benchmark-Research-Report-FINAL.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/thetalentboard.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/2022-TB-NA-CandE-Candidate-Experience-Benchmark-Research-Report-FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9tude annuel de Talent Board (2022<\/a>), les chiffres sont sans \u00e9quivoques:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;une r\u00e9troaction sp\u00e9cifique est donn\u00e9e au candidat, leur volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rer l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 un autre candidat augmente de 50%, et leur envie d&rsquo;approfondir la relation avec l&#8217;employeur augmente de 40%. Lorsque l&rsquo;on regarde si le candidat a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir une r\u00e9troaction sur le processus de recrutement, on voit la m\u00eame tendance se dessiner : les candidats ayant pu exprimer leur r\u00e9troaction avait 65% plus de chance de r\u00e9f\u00e9rer l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 un autre candidat. \u00bb <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00c0 la lecture du rapport de 2022, on comprend que les employeurs eux-m\u00eames semblent \u00eatre conscients de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 satisfaire les candidats&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis que nous avons commenc\u00e9 notre collecte de donn\u00e9es, les employeurs nord-am\u00e9ricains se donnent une \u00e9valuation plus basse que l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des candidats. \u00c7a nous dit que les employeurs traversent une remise en question, dans un march\u00e9 rempli de d\u00e9fis.
