En apprenant \u00e0 se servir d&rsquo;une fonctionnalit\u00e9 avanc\u00e9e telle que \u00ab&nbsp;Explorations&nbsp;\u00bb, il devient possible pour un marketeur de cr\u00e9er des entonnoirs permettant de suivre le cheminement des utilisateurs d&rsquo;un point A \u00e0 un point B, C ou D. C&rsquo;est une fonctionnalit\u00e9 qui est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e dans le monde de l\u2019analytique et du marketing. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En cr\u00e9ant des tableaux de bord dans Looker Studio, on peut acc\u00e9der aux donn\u00e9es de Google Analytics sans avoir \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser l&rsquo;outil. Les marketeurs peuvent ainsi partager les r\u00e9sultats de campagnes avec sa client\u00e8le, des coll\u00e8gues ou la direction. On peut y ajouter des explications et de la mise en contexte pour rendre l\u2019information compr\u00e9hensible et vivante. Au-del\u00e0 des outils d\u2019analyse, Google Analytics est un tr\u00e8s bon outil de communication pour d\u00e9mocratiser l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Existe-t-il une grande diff\u00e9rence entre Google Analytics 3 et 4? Les marketeurs trouveront-ils facilement leurs rep\u00e8res? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. D. :<\/strong> Les gens qui avaient leurs habitudes dans la version 3 seront un peu d\u00e9boussol\u00e9s par la version 4. D\u2019abord, les rapports sont tr\u00e8s difficiles \u00e0 utiliser, c&rsquo;est pour cette raison que nous avons mis sur pied la formation \u00e0 l\u2019origine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans la version 3, Google g\u00e9n\u00e9rait une grande quantit\u00e9 de rapports \u2013 soit un pour chaque variable. Et on avait juste \u00e0 ouvrir le rapport pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&rsquo;information. Dans la version 4, le processus d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es est diff\u00e9rent. Il y a beaucoup moins de rapports, car Google s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;on les modifie ou les personnalise selon nos besoins. \u00c7a demande un petit peu plus d&rsquo;adaptation. De plus, il n\u2019y a pas de transition \u00ab&nbsp;douce&nbsp;\u00bb pour les tableaux de bord que l&rsquo;on cr\u00e9e dans Looker Studio \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es de Google Analytics 4; il faudra les reconfigurer lors de la migration. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sur Google Analytics 4, est-ce qu\u2019il y a de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s ? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. D. :<\/strong> Les Explorations sont une nouveaut\u00e9 propos\u00e9e par la version 4. Ce n&rsquo;est pas simple \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser, mais \u00e7a permet d&rsquo;effectuer des analyses plus pointues et d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des informations qui ne seraient pas accessibles avec les rapports standards.
