Nous en avons retenu cinq. Synth\u00e8se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Comment les entreprises utilisent les r\u00e9seaux sociaux en 2024 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier point n&rsquo;est pas une tendance \u00e0 proprement parler mais plut\u00f4t un aper\u00e7u de l&rsquo;usage actuel des r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Les trois quarts des entreprises interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9dient un ou une gestionnaire de communaut\u00e9 pour animer et engager leur audience en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 (60 %) pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;augmenter leur budget marketing sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux cette ann\u00e9e. Et leur principal objectif sur ces plateformes ? L&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sans surprise, l&rsquo;intelligence g\u00e9n\u00e9rative fait partie des tendances au coeur des strat\u00e9gies marketing pour 2024. La quasi totalit\u00e9 des marketeurs (97%) pr\u00e9voient ainsi d&rsquo;utiliser des fonctionnalit\u00e9s d&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux pour cr\u00e9er du contenu.<\/p>\n<p>Comment ? Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme outils de relation clients et de moteurs de recherche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus des trois quarts des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que les r\u00e9seaux sociaux vont devenir des canaux de contact privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s pour le service client. Pour autant, contrairement \u00e0 la tendance pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, la majorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre elles (71 %) pensent qu&rsquo;il est plus efficace d&rsquo;assigner une personne pour cette t\u00e2che plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un robot conversationnel (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usine-digitale.fr\/article\/klarna-vante-le-succes-de-son-chatbot-de-service-a-la-clientele-alimente-par-openai.N2209154\" target=\"_blank\">comme l&rsquo;a fait l&rsquo;entreprise Klarna qui estime que son chatbot fait le travail de 700 agents<\/a> !). Rappelons <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adobe.com\/express\/learn\/blog\/using-tiktok-as-a-search-engine\" target=\"_blank\">cette \u00e9tude d&rsquo;Adobe<\/a> indiquant que 64 % de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z a d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/non-tiktok-nest-pas-un-moteur-de-recherche\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"96848\" target=\"_blank\">TikTok comme un moteur de recherche<\/a>. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;optimiser son contenu et ses mots-cl\u00e9s, comme en SEO, pour ce<em> social searching<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p><strong>4. De plus en plus de ventes sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Passant de simples plateformes d&rsquo;\u00e9change \u00e0 de v\u00e9ritables espaces commerciaux, les r\u00e9seaux ont m\u00e9tamorphos\u00e9 les habitudes des utilisateurs en ligne\u00a0\u00bb, indique le rapport.
