Compte-rendu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bonne nouvelle pour commencer : l\u2019indice de confiance des consommateurs qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois a bondi de plus de 5 points en 3 mois. Dans ce contexte, il est int\u00e9ressant de savoir que le terme \u00ab obsolescence programm\u00e9e \u00bb, qui d\u00e9signe des strat\u00e9gies de conception et de production pour limiter la dur\u00e9e d\u2019un produit et ainsi acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019achat d\u2019un produit de remplacement, est connu par seulement 45 % des Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>L\u2019obsolescence programm\u00e9e et la r\u00e9parabilit\u00e9 des biens font grandement partie des r\u00e9flexions actuelles chez nos d\u00e9taillants. Bien que l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux pi\u00e8ces et \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre repr\u00e9sente parfois un d\u00e9fi, ceux-ci sont conscients des transitions \u00e9cologiques \u00e0 effectuer dans le secteur et sont de plus en plus proactifs dans ce domaine \u00bb, partage Damien Sil\u00e8s, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du CQCD.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u2019est dans la cat\u00e9gorie des articles \u00e9lectroniques, cellulaires et ordinateurs qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 de consommateurs (61 %) a eu le plus souvent le sentiment d\u2019avoir achet\u00e9 un produit dont la fin semblait programm\u00e9e.
