En avril dernier,<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kedglobal.com\/corporate-strategy\/newsView\/ked202404180009\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.kedglobal.com\/corporate-strategy\/newsView\/ked202404180009\" target=\"_blank\"> Samsung a adopt\u00e9 une \u00ab&nbsp;mesure&nbsp;d\u2019urgence\u00bb contraignant ses cadres \u00e0 des semaines de 6 jours<\/a> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats financiers. En contrepartie, il faut noter que l&rsquo;annonce du gouvernement grec a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement critiqu\u00e9e, qualifi\u00e9e de \u00ab&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liberation.fr\/international\/europe\/en-grece-la-semaine-de-6-jours-ou-le-retour-au-moyen-age-20240705_QAXDYE4MURCSNLTXR42B66CSFM\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.liberation.fr\/international\/europe\/en-grece-la-semaine-de-6-jours-ou-le-retour-au-moyen-age-20240705_QAXDYE4MURCSNLTXR42B66CSFM\/\" target=\"_blank\">retour au moyen \u00e2ge<\/a>\u00bb pour les travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\ude03 2 &#8211; Des avantages sociaux \u00abinclusifs\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En f\u00e9vrier 2023, un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.planadviser.com\/survey-lgbtq-workers-finds-lower-satisfaction-work-benefits\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.planadviser.com\/survey-lgbtq-workers-finds-lower-satisfaction-work-benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\">sondage men\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis par EBRI<\/a> a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une insatisfaction profonde des travailleurs LGBTQ+ envers leurs avantages sociaux (incluant le r\u00e9gime de retraite et le programme de bien-\u00eatre et de sant\u00e9 mentale), avec un taux de satisfaction de 44 % versus 61 % pour leurs coll\u00e8gues non-LGBTQ.&nbsp;Toutefois, un mouvement semble s\u2019amorcer pour aborder cet enjeu. Toujours en 2023, 72 % des employeurs <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wtwco.com\/fr-ca\/insights\/2023\/06\/aligning-benefits-inclusivity-in-a-dynamic-world\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.wtwco.com\/fr-ca\/insights\/2023\/06\/aligning-benefits-inclusivity-in-a-dynamic-world\" target=\"_blank\">sond\u00e9s par WTW<\/a> indiquaient que l\u2019adoption d\u2019une politique EDI avait une \u00ab&nbsp;incidence&nbsp;\u00bb sur leur strat\u00e9gie d\u2019avantages sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, il faut aussi reconna\u00eetre que de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises adoptent des programmes d\u2019avantages sociaux plus \u00ab&nbsp;inclusifs&nbsp;\u00bb, qui s\u2019adressent explicitement aux personnes s\u2019identifiant LGBTQ+. Il y a un peu plus d\u2019un an, Les Aliments Maple Leaf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapleleaffoods.com\/fr\/articles-de-fond\/prestations-de-soins-affirmant-le-genre\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.mapleleaffoods.com\/fr\/articles-de-fond\/prestations-de-soins-affirmant-le-genre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ont annonc\u00e9 une politique d\u2019avantages sociaux inclusive<\/a>, incluant des \u00abprestations pour soins d\u2019affirmation de genre et aide pour la famille\u00bb et un \u00absoutien en sant\u00e9 mentale\u00bb. De 2022 \u00e0 2023, le pourcentage d\u2019entreprises qui ont effectu\u00e9 leur bilan carbone a bondi de 13% \u00e0 21%. Voil\u00e0 un pas dans la bonne direction.
