La question se pose alors\u00a0: est-il encore pertinent (ou m\u00eame possible) de se r\u00e9unir en personne en 2024? Parmi ceux qui affirment que \u00ab\u00a0c\u2019est la base\u00a0\u00bb, on trouve des marketeurs, des gens de RH, des directeurs d\u2019usine, des responsables TI&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, on constate aussi qu\u2019on ne peut plus tenir pour acquis ce type de rencontre, puisque 46% des r\u00e9pondants les voient aujourd\u2019hui comme un heureux \u00ab&nbsp;bonus&nbsp;\u00bb. En contrepartie, il faut aussi reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019un bastion de travailleurs y est maintenant tr\u00e8s r\u00e9fractaire, car 20% y voient un pr\u00e9judice contre les t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs. Ce r\u00e9sultat fait \u00e9cho aux 21% de travailleurs qui marquent une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e0 temps plein, selon le sondage de l\u2019ordre des CRHA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De bonnes raisons de se rencontrer vis-\u00e0-vis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 savoir si ce mode de rencontre est toujours possible, la r\u00e9ponse est \u00e9videmment \u00ab\u00a0oui\u00a0\u00bb, bien qu\u2019elle demande parfois un peu d\u2019insistance, d\u2019effort et de bonne volont\u00e9, de la part des parties impliqu\u00e9es. Pierrot Ferland, pr\u00e9sident de Spak, sortait d\u2019une rencontre en personne au moment de r\u00e9pondre au sondage\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Quelques fois, c&rsquo;est important de se d\u00e9placer, insiste-t-il. Chez mes clients, les premi\u00e8res rencontres strat\u00e9giques se font toujours en pr\u00e9sentiel \u2013 \u00e7a aide beaucoup \u00e0 \u00e9tablir la relation. Par la suite, le virtuel est de mise. Je suis un fervent avocat du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, mais parfois il est bon de sortir de la maison.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Sol\u00e8ne M\u00e9tayer, formatrice en neuroinclusion, voit elle aussi des avantages aux r\u00e9unions en pr\u00e9sentiel&nbsp;: <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Je remarque davantage les personnes qui voudraient parler, mais qui n&rsquo;osent pas interrompre les grands parleurs, explique-t-elle. Alors, je prends sur moi pour couper la parole de la personne qui a le crachoir \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 en demandant \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re si elle a quelque chose \u00e0 ajouter. En virtuel, c&rsquo;est plus difficile de remarquer les signaux non verbaux, et je peux donc moins assumer le r\u00f4le de facilitation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Les leaders, un lourd penchant pour le pr\u00e9sentiel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fait \u00e0 noter, on trouve des partisans des r\u00e9unions 100% en pr\u00e9sentiel aussi bien chez les patrons que les employ\u00e9s.
