Avons-nous ce m\u00eame probl\u00e8me de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9-ci de la fronti\u00e8re? Analyse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon ce <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.myperfectresume.com\/career-center\/careers\/basics\/hr-perceptions-report\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.myperfectresume.com\/career-center\/careers\/basics\/hr-perceptions-report\" target=\"_blank\">sondage<\/a> men\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de 1 000 participants par le site MyPerfectResume.com, 85% des travailleurs am\u00e9ricains ont \u00ab&nbsp;peur&nbsp;\u00bb de leur repr\u00e9sentant RH. Et 86% ne se sentent pas \u00e0 l\u2019aise d\u2019apporter un probl\u00e8me au RH.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 9 sur 10, ce qui est \u00e0 la fois astronomique et inqui\u00e9tant, lorsque l\u2019on consid\u00e8re que les conseillers RH sont l\u00e0, sur le papier, pour veiller au bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/money\/2024\/apr\/03\/human-resources-hr-departments-us-workers\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/money\/2024\/apr\/03\/human-resources-hr-departments-us-workers\" target=\"_blank\">Selon un article du Guardian<\/a>, des employ\u00e9s se sentant l\u00e9s\u00e9s iraient m\u00eame jusqu\u2019\u00e0 embaucher leur propre repr\u00e9sentant RH, pour poursuivre leur employeur dans des situations de harc\u00e8lement.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u2019en est-il au Qu\u00e9bec ? Doit-on craindre un tel ressac contre le d\u00e9partement RH? Toutefois, pour une mesure de confiance, 70% est un score positif. Ce qui est int\u00e9ressant de voir, c&rsquo;est que les r\u00e9pondants qui avaient au sein de leur organisation un professionnel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en ressources humaines \u00e9taient plus nombreux mentionner qu&rsquo;ils avaient confiance (85 %)\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9taille-t-elle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Du conseil plus que des d\u00e9cisions<\/strong> <strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Est-ce \u00e0 dire que tout est parfait ? Sans doute que non. Yvonne Sesonga CRHA, consultante en diversit\u00e9, \u00e9quit\u00e9 et inclusion, fait le constat suivant :<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>En discutant avec les professionnels RH de mon r\u00e9seau, je sens que la confiance envers le d\u00e9partement RH a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rod\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Souvent, le sens de conformit\u00e9 est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 aux gestionnaires, et les RH se cachent sous un r\u00f4le de conseil et non de d\u00e9cisionnaires&nbsp;\u00bb, analyse-t-elle.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans l\u2019article du Guardian (\u00ab<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/money\/2024\/apr\/03\/human-resources-hr-departments-us-workers\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/money\/2024\/apr\/03\/human-resources-hr-departments-us-workers\" target=\"_blank\">\u2018HR is not your friend\u2019: why frustrated workers are hiring reps of their own\u00bb<\/a>), Peter Cappelli, chercheur \u00e0 la Wharton School of Management, soutient que \u00ab&nbsp;les RH travaillent pour l\u2019entreprise et l\u2019employeur. Ils n\u2019ont aucune obligation envers les employ\u00e9s.&nbsp;\u00bb Or, Manon Poirier conteste cette id\u00e9e. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Il existe certainement des gens qui pensent, encore aujourd\u2019hui, que les RH sont au service de l&#8217;employeur, reconna\u00eet la DG de l\u2019Ordre. Toutefois, je crois que l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 on opposait employeurs et employ\u00e9s est r\u00e9volue. Les pratiques RH ont beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9. Dans plusieurs organisations, le r\u00f4le des ressources humaines est d&rsquo;influencer, de convaincre et soutenir l\u2019application des meilleurs pratiques RH.&nbsp;\u00bb &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>De plus, Manon Poirier rappelle que, dans la d\u00e9ontologie des CRHA, les conseillers ont l\u2019obligation d\u2019adopter \u00abune posture neutre et ind\u00e9pendante\u00bb pour faire des recommandations visant \u00abl\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019article du Guardien attribue une part de la grogne \u00e0 un manque de sensibilit\u00e9 sur les questions de diversit\u00e9. Encore une fois, la DG de l\u2019Ordre conteste la th\u00e8se, en soulignant, d&rsquo;une part, qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a jamais eu autant de nomination de responsable en EDI dans les organisation, puis en rappelant que les CRHA ont port\u00e9 le message de l\u2019inclusion et de la diversit\u00e9 bien avant que la question prenne l\u2019avant-sc\u00e8ne de l\u2019actualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u00c7a fait tr\u00e8s longtemps que les gens de RH veulent aller plus loin dans le dossier de l\u2019EDI. Il y a quelque chose qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 au niveau de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Il y a un \u00e9lan et un int\u00e9r\u00eat de la haute direction \u00e0 regarder ces pratiques.
