Quelles seront les strat\u00e9gies de recrutement ou de mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences des gestionnaires marketing \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lire l&rsquo;avenir dans les signaux faibles d&rsquo;hier. Voici le raisonnement de Gartner qui a examin\u00e9 290 677 offres d&#8217;emploi dans le domaine du marketing entre ao\u00fbt 2020 et juin 2023 d&rsquo;entreprises am\u00e9ricaines de tous secteurs comptant au moins 500 employ\u00e9s. Puis, les \u00ab comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es \u00bb, les \u00ab responsabilit\u00e9s \u00bb et les \u00ab qualifications \u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif ? Constater l&rsquo;\u00e9volution dans le temps des comp\u00e9tences demand\u00e9es en marketing. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/publications\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\">Selon le rapport du Forum \u00c9conomique Mondial sur le futur du travail<\/a>, 44 % des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s des salari\u00e9s sont amen\u00e9es \u00e0 changer au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es. Pr\u00e9parer les talents \u00e0 piloter l&rsquo;exploration de l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans les offres d&#8217;emplois analys\u00e9s, l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative ne figure pas encore parmi les comp\u00e9tences les plus recherch\u00e9es. Toutefois, Gartner l&rsquo;explique ais\u00e9ment : les gestionnaires en sont encore au stade de l&rsquo;exploration ou de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation. Toutefois, le cabinet am\u00e9ricain pr\u00e9conise d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 aux organisations ces actions  :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Former les employ\u00e9s existants \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation des technologies d&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative dans leurs t\u00e2ches du quotidien (et leur accorder de la bande passante pour apprendre et explorer en la mati\u00e8re !)<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser les modules d&rsquo;IA Gen r\u00e9cemment ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 des solutions communes, comme Microsoft 365 Copilot<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;IA interne avec d&rsquo;autres fonctions de l&rsquo;entreprise avant d&rsquo;investir dans le recrutement de comp\u00e9tences en IA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;heure, les profils embauch\u00e9s et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en IA figurent plut\u00f4t, pour la majorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux, parmi les gestionnaires de produit, essentiellement dans des entreprises de logiciels et de TI. Combler les lacunes en mati\u00e8re de donn\u00e9es, notamment des gestionnaires<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Les responsables marketing doivent recruter et d\u00e9velopper des talents capables de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des informations centr\u00e9es sur le client et de communiquer l&rsquo;impact du marketing sur le mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;affaires de l&rsquo;entreprise. Pour combler ces lacunes existantes, il faudra que les gestionnaires aient les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour interpr\u00e9ter les donn\u00e9es et comprendre les op\u00e9rations de donn\u00e9es de leur organisation\u00a0\u00bb, indique le rapport.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La demande pour les comp\u00e9tences en donn\u00e9es, comme effectuer une analyse de donn\u00e9es, transformer de la donn\u00e9e en information utile pour la prise de d\u00e9cision etc., a en effet connu un bond notable ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Autrement dit, de plus en plus de responsables marketing vont rechercher des gestionnaires suffisamment comp\u00e9tents pour embaucher des talents dot\u00e9s des bonnes capacit\u00e9s techniques et analytiques pour soutenir leurs organisations\u00a0\u00bb, conclut Gartner.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>3. Savoir travailler avec d&rsquo;autres \u00e9quipes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette tendance peut sembler plus surprenante car moins li\u00e9e aux \u00e9volutions technologiques. Pourtant, selon Gartner, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/les-responsables-marketing-voient-leur-budget-seffondrer-depuis-la-pandemie\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"104543\" target=\"_blank\">avec la stagnation des budgets marketing<\/a> et l&rsquo;incertitude \u00e9conomique, les responsables marketing vont devoir prouver de plus en plus la valeur apport\u00e9e par le marketing et accro\u00eetre leur influence au sein de leur organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, 46 % des offres d&#8217;emplois mentionnent la collaboration entre \u00e9quipes pour des r\u00f4les de gestionnaire, contre seulement 22 % pour des juniors.
