L&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;IA est en marche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une majorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entreprises du Qu\u00e9bec&nbsp;(57&nbsp;%) a d\u00e9j\u00e0 implant\u00e9 ou compte implanter prochainement des technologies li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA dans leur organisation. Parmi les raisons \u00e9voqu\u00e9es, notons surtout : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le manque de ressources (48 %)<\/li>\n<li>les connaissances insuffisantes de l\u2019IA et de ses avantages (47&nbsp;%)<\/li>\n<li>ou encore le manque de temps (38 %)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"899\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-5-1024x899.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-105068\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-5-1024x899.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-5-300x263.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-5-768x674.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-5.png 1224w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Sachant l\u2019incidence positive de l\u2019IA sur la productivit\u00e9 et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises lorsqu\u2019elle est ad\u00e9quatement implant\u00e9e et les gens bien soutenus, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de son d\u00e9ploiement repr\u00e9sente une bonne nouvelle. D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, parmi les organisations n\u2019ayant pas l\u2019intention d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 l\u2019IA, plus du tiers n\u2019ont m\u00eame jamais eu de discussions \u00e0 ce sujet. Il faut travailler \u00e0 combler le manque de connaissances des organisations sur l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et les avantages de ces technologies\u2009\u00bb, commente Manon Poirier, CRHA, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Ordre.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>2. Des pr\u00e9occupations \u00e9thiques et des angles morts encore pr\u00e9sents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les enjeux pos\u00e9s par ces technologies li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA, citons d&rsquo;une part la zone d&rsquo;ombre constitu\u00e9 par l&rsquo;angle mort de l&rsquo;usage chez les employ\u00e9s. Au total, 340 membres de la profession \u0153uvrant en entreprise y ont r\u00e9pondu.
