Voyons \u00e0 quoi ressemble cette nouvelle tendance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors du dossier <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/category\/dossiers\/dossier-recrutement\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/category\/dossiers\/dossier-recrutement\/\" target=\"_blank\">Recrutement<\/a> de l\u2019automne, la consultante Leila Senoussi, CRHA, nous confiait qu\u2019il \u00e9tait actuellement beaucoup plus difficile d\u2019attirer des candidats avec de simple affichages de postes, en raison du ralentissement \u00e9conomique. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>La m\u00eame annonce qui me rapportait une cinquantaine de CV l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, ne m&rsquo;en donne plus qu&rsquo;une dizaine aujourd&rsquo;hui. L&rsquo;affichage ne suffit plus, conclut-elle. Il faut travailler la marque employeur.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Parmi les pistes \u00e0 explorer, elle sugg\u00e8re aux entreprises d\u2019avoir une pr\u00e9sence accrue sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Il ne faut pas utiliser les m\u00e9dias sociaux uniquement pour relayer ses affichages de postes, pr\u00e9vient-t-elle. Il faut parler de la vie d&rsquo;entreprise. \u00c7a peut \u00eatre des photos d&#8217;employ\u00e9s &#8211; avec leur consentement. Il faut montrer que \u00e7a vaut le coup de venir travailler dans notre entreprise. On dit souvent qu&rsquo;une entreprise est une deuxi\u00e8me famille. Et bien il faut le montrer !&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Quand on parle de publications produites par les employ\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames, qui tiennent la vedette de leurs interventions sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, on tombe de plein pied dans ce qu&rsquo;on appelle le \u00abcontenu g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par les employ\u00e9s\u00bb (CGE) ou le EGC (\u00ab<em>employee generated content<\/em>\u00bb). On braque la cam\u00e9ra sur les employ\u00e9s &#8211; \u00e0 peu de frais &#8211; de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on que le r\u00e9seau de t\u00e9l\u00e9 Canal 19 d\u00e9cide de diffuser la vie de Louis Jobin, dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Louis_19,_le_roi_des_ondes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">film Louis 19, le Roi des ondes<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 du contenu cr\u00e9\u00e9 par des agences externes ou des \u00e9quipes de production de haut niveau, le CGE implique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des d\u00e9penses minimales, fait valoir Katie Salcius, consultante en cr\u00e9ation de contenu, sur le site Forbes. (\u2026) C\u2019est le plus r\u00e9cent type de contenu qui envahit le Web. Et ce n&rsquo;est plus confin\u00e9 seulement \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau professionnel comme LinkedIn. L\u2019id\u00e9e est de donner une vue des coulisses&nbsp;: discussion croqu\u00e9e sur le vif au moment du lunch ou de la pause, r\u00e9action d\u2019une employ\u00e9 qui a atteint ses objectifs de travail, pr\u00e9sentation des costumes de l\u2019Halloween, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie vaut la peine qu\u2019on s\u2019y attarde.
