Un n\u00e9ologisme de L\u00e9ger qui, dans cette 7e <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/leger360.com\/fr\/the-youth-study\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9tude annuelle sur le sujet<\/a>, met en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019\u00e9volution des tendances qui influencent les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Alpha, ainsi que les Mill\u00e9niaux. En voici les 5 faits saillants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 3 058 Canadien\u2219nes, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude porte sur cinq th\u00e8mes importants auxquels ces derniers font face :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la sant\u00e9 mentale<\/li>\n<li>les finances<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;emploi<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Et l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 et les sources d\u2019influence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit de la plus vaste \u00e9tude canadienne consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 ces nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, et l\u2019une des premi\u00e8res \u00e0 se pencher sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Alpha. Elle permettra de distinguer les mythes des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et de mieux comprendre ces jeunes qui fa\u00e7onneront le futur&nbsp;\u00bb indiquent Charlotte Fortin, directrice de recherche s\u00e9nior, et Gabrielle Blais, directrice de recherche.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Voici les 5 tendances majeures \u00e0 retenir : <\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration anxieuse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les trois quarts des jeunes (75%) interrog\u00e9s ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 v\u00e9cu au moins un \u00e9pisode d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux (48%) un \u00e9pisode de d\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"487\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-24-1024x487.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-106017\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-24-1024x487.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-24-300x143.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-24-768x366.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-24-1536x731.png 1536w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-24.png 1580w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Autre signal : au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, environ 1 jeune sur 6 affirme avoir pris des m\u00e9dicaments pour traiter l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou la d\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Finance : pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des jeunes vivent de paie en paie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sur le volet financier, notons d\u00e9j\u00e0 que les trois quarts des jeunes du reste du Canada (76 %) estiment que les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes ont eu de meilleures chances de r\u00e9ussir financi\u00e8rement qu\u2019eux&#8230; tandis que ce chiffre n&rsquo;est que de 60 % au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<p>Autre enseignement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9tude : pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants (49 %) indiquent vivre de paie en paie et 47 % puisent parfois dans leur \u00e9pargne pour se payer des voyages, des jeux, des v\u00eatements ou autre. Ce n&rsquo;est pas ce que semble indiquer l&rsquo;\u00e9tude qui indique que seulement 16% des jeunes ont l\u2019intention de quitter leur emploi au cours de la prochaine ann\u00e9e (22 % pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z et 12% chez les Mill\u00e9niaux). Un chiffre relativement stable depuis ces trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Autre clich\u00e9 battu en br\u00e8che : la majorit\u00e9 des Zill\u00e9niaux accordent relativement peu d\u2019importance \u00e0 la DEI (diversit\u00e9, \u00e9quit\u00e9 et inclusion). Ainsi, la majorit\u00e9 des jeunes (et plus particuli\u00e8rement les femmes) sont inquiets des restrictions impos\u00e9es aux droits reproductifs des femmes et pensent que les minorit\u00e9s visibles n&rsquo;ont pas ac\u00e8s aux m\u00eames opportunit\u00e9s professionnelles.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"443\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-28-1024x443.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-106021\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-28-1024x443.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-28-300x130.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-28-768x332.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-28-1536x664.png 1536w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-28-2048x885.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Au Qu\u00e9bec, notons que 40 % des jeunes hommes pensent que l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes-femmes est atteinte&#8230; contre 20 % des jeunes femmes !<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations bien conscientes des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, nous pouvons remarquer que les jeunes sont sensibilis\u00e9s aux enjeux des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, quel que soit leur \u00e2ge.
