Voici les 4 faits saillants de cet outil d\u2019intelligence d\u2019affaires \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite des r\u00e9sultats de sondages men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de plus de 1\u2009000&nbsp;consommateurs, qui portait notamment sur la livraison.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Une situation \u00e9conomique des m\u00e9nages stable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Premier enseignement : une stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re se dessine au sein des m\u00e9nages qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois. Les r\u00e9pondants ont rapport\u00e9 que leur situation \u00e9conomique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est stable depuis 3&nbsp;mois (60&nbsp;%) et qu\u2019elle le restera au cours des mois \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"495\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-13-1024x495.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-105946\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-13-1024x495.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-13-300x145.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-13-768x372.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-13-1536x743.png 1536w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-13.png 1980w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Ils sont \u00e9galement moins nombreux \u00e0 penser que la situation \u00e9conomique de la province se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorera au cours des 12&nbsp;prochains mois. Aussi, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux (46&nbsp;%) disent recevoir des livraisons plusieurs fois par mois, voire par semaine (12&nbsp;%).<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, 79&nbsp;% des consommateurs souhaitent recevoir leur livraison en moins de 5&nbsp;jours, un d\u00e9lai de livraison jug\u00e9 maximal pour 72&nbsp;% des r\u00e9pondants.<\/p>\n<p>Fait int\u00e9ressant, 21&nbsp;% d\u2019entre eux indiquent s\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait voler un colis devant la porte de leur maison. Malgr\u00e9 tout, ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent encore (71&nbsp;%) une livraison \u00e0 la maison plut\u00f4t que dans un centre s\u00e9curis\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de leur domicile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) L\u2019importance d\u2019une politique de retour gratuit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce barom\u00e8tre permet aussi de mettre en lumi\u00e8re que 66&nbsp;% des clients ne retournent jamais ou rarement de la marchandise ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9e \u00e0 leur domicile. De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, seulement 7&nbsp;% de tous les clients effectuent des retours r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.
