Travailler de la maison met-il plus \u00e0 risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre mis \u00e0 pied ? Petite enqu\u00eate sur la question.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeu, il faut reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019en restant toujours \u00e0 la maison, on ne se met pas dans les bonnes gr\u00e2ces du dirigeant. Car, sondage apr\u00e8s sondage, les employeurs ont toujours d\u00e9montr\u00e9 \u2013 \u00e0 tort ou \u00e0 raison \u2013 une aversion pour le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Comme l&rsquo;illustre ce <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/travail-hybride-le-bras-de-fer-du-retour-au-bureau\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/travail-hybride-le-bras-de-fer-du-retour-au-bureau\/\" target=\"_blank\">portrait statistique collig\u00e9 ici<\/a>, affirmant que 76% des employeurs canadiens ont demand\u00e9 un retour partiel ou complet au bureau, selon <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/travail-hybride-le-bras-de-fer-du-retour-au-bureau\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/travail-hybride-le-bras-de-fer-du-retour-au-bureau\/\" target=\"_blank\">un sondage d&rsquo;avril 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Plus concr\u00e8tement, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.livedatatechnologies.com\/methodology-remote-vs-office\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.livedatatechnologies.com\/methodology-remote-vs-office\" target=\"_blank\">une vaste \u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine men\u00e9e par Live data technologies<\/a> en 2023 sur 2 millions de travailleurs \u00ab&nbsp;col blanc&nbsp;\u00bb a effectivement montr\u00e9 que les employ\u00e9s en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail avaient 37% de chance de plus de se faire renvoyer, en cas de mise \u00e0 pied.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Quand un\u00b7e gestionnaire responsable de l\u2019embauche re\u00e7oit la nouvelle de couper 10% du personnel, c&rsquo;est plus facile de mettre sur la liste le nom d&rsquo;une personne avec qui il n\u2019a pas de relation personnelle\u201d, explique Andy Challenger, vice-pr\u00e9sident senior de la firme en placement de personnel Challenger, Gray &amp; Christmas, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/lifestyle\/careers\/layoffs-remote-work-data-980ed59d\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/lifestyle\/careers\/layoffs-remote-work-data-980ed59d\" target=\"_blank\">dans l\u2019article du Wall Street Journal <\/a>qui cite l\u2019\u00e9tude de Live data technologies.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Regarder le \u00ab&nbsp;sociogramme&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Francis Painchaud, consultant organisationnel, apporte un \u00e9clairage int\u00e9ressant sur le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. Pour comprendre une vague de licenciements, explique-t-il, on ne peut pas se fier uniquement \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019organigramme&nbsp;\u00bb d\u2019une entreprise; il faut aussi regarder le \u00ab&nbsp;sociogramme&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Le sociagramme, c\u2019est la force des liens qui existent entre les individus dans une organisation. Un employ\u00e9 en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, qui ne voit son boss que 30 minutes par semaine dans une rencontre Zoom est sans doute plus vuln\u00e9rable que s\u2019il a une relation de proximit\u00e9 avec lui. En ce sens, les employ\u00e9s qui s\u2019investissent dans la vie sociale de leur entreprise sont probablement moins \u00e0 risque d\u2019\u00eatre mis \u00e0 pied, quand l\u2019entreprise va mal.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00c0 moins de d\u00e9tenir des comp\u00e9tences critiques \u00e0 la survie et au succ\u00e8s de l\u2019entreprise, pr\u00e9cise-t-il toutefois.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9cisons que la contrepartie existe&nbsp;\u00e9galement : ces t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs ont aussi 32% de chance suppl\u00e9mentaire de d\u00e9missionner de l\u2019emploi, ce qui, finalement, confirme le faible lien d\u2019attachement qu\u2019ils auront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans ce mode de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Cela \u00e9tant dit, il faut reconnaitre que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi n\u2019est pas la valeur cardinale qu\u2019elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9.
