Voici les 5 enseignements \u00e0 retenir de ce document \u00e0 la direction artistique tr\u00e8s color\u00e9e !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Les grandes plateformes perdent du terrain<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;heure est plus que jamais \u00e0 la disruption des grands acteurs traditionnels (Google, Facebook) selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. Ces plateformes perdent en authenticit\u00e9 et leur confiance s&rsquo;\u00e9rode petit \u00e0 petit. Ainsi, les deux tiers des r\u00e9pondants indiquent que la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;information se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore tandis que 42 % trouvent qu&rsquo;un moteur de recherche comme Google devient de moins en moins utile.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"843\" height=\"586\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-107405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-10.png 843w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-10-300x209.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-10-768x534.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 843px) 100vw, 843px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Il faut dire que pour 76 % des Am\u00e9ricains, un quart des leurs recherches sur Google apparaissent comme du contenu payant quand ils magasinent en ligne&#8230; Et seulement 14 % trouvent ce contenu \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s utile\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Autre enseignement marquant : 61 % des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations (Z) et 53 % des Mill\u00e9niaux indiquent utiliser l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle d\u00e9sormais pour chercher de l&rsquo;information sur un sujet, en lieu et place de Google.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- L&rsquo;\u00e9chec du lien social en ligne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les auteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ont une expression pour r\u00e9sumer la tendance \u00e9mergente : \u00ab\u00a0from people to scroll\u00a0\u00bb, que l&rsquo;on pourrait traduire par \u00ab\u00a0des gens au d\u00e9filement\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>Autrement dit, ce n&rsquo;est pas parce que les internautes sont plus connect\u00e9s&#8230; qu&rsquo;ils le sont de mani\u00e8re veritable au reste du monde. Ainsi 53 % estiment qu&rsquo;une communaut\u00e9 ne doit pas rassembler plus de 200 personnes en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La niche au-del\u00e0 du nombre\u00a0\u00bb, indiquent les auteurs. C&rsquo;est en effet l&rsquo;un des d\u00e9terminants de la participation ou non \u00e0 une communaut\u00e9. Ce qui red\u00e9finit d&rsquo;ailleurs la notion d&rsquo;engagement : l&rsquo;observation peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre active.
