L\u2019ancien marketeur  livre sa recette pour un \u00ab&nbsp;onboarding&nbsp;\u00bb r\u00e9ussi dans une conf\u00e9rence fort int\u00e9ressante. Voici les 4 faits saillants que nous avons retenus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Aplatir la courbe d\u2019information \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De toute \u00e9vidence, il y a toujours beaucoup d\u2019informations \u00e0 transmettre \u00e0 un nouvel employ\u00e9 qui entre en fonction. L\u2019employeur voudra lui pr\u00e9senter la raison d\u2019\u00eatre de son entreprise, les d\u00e9tails de son programme d&rsquo;assurance, les membres de son \u00e9quipe, ses t\u00e2ches, etc. Le premier conseil de Jean-Philippe Guillemette est d\u2019aplatir la courbe en commen\u00e7ant \u00e0 distiller de l\u2019information d\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision d\u2019embauche.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Si on n\u2019envoie aucune information en pr\u00e9-onboarding, \u00e7a cr\u00e9e une montagne \u00e0 gravir au jour un, annonce-t-il. Il faut identifier les opportunit\u00e9s de communication&nbsp;: il y a des accus\u00e9s de r\u00e9ception de CV, il y a des confirmations d&rsquo;entrevue, il y a des entrevues; ensuite, on tombe dans les lignes d&#8217;embauche.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Seul contrepoint&nbsp;: on ne veut pas non plus refroidir notre candidat avant m\u00eame qu\u2019il n\u2019ait mis les pieds dans nos locaux. Donner des informations claires d\u00e8s le Jour 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On n\u2019a pas deux occasions de faire une premi\u00e8re impression ; selon ce principe, Jean-Philippe Guillemette accorde la plus haute importance \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont se d\u00e9roule le premier jour pour le nouvel employ\u00e9. Comme un mantra, il r\u00e9p\u00e8te les trois fondamentaux \u00e0 communiquer par courriel ou texto aux candidats avant le jour 1&nbsp;: un mot de bienvenu, les informations pratiques et comment va se d\u00e9rouler la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Les informations pratiques ont presque plus d\u2019importance que le mot d\u2019accueil, fait valoir le conf\u00e9rencier. Lorsque le candidat sait o\u00f9 il doit aller [avec un trajet Google], \u00e0 qui il doit se rapporter et comment il doit s\u2019habiller, \u00e7a va grandement abaisser son stress.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>3. D\u00e9couper l\u2019apprentissage en petites bouch\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, l\u2019int\u00e9gration des employ\u00e9s repose sur le gestionnaire direct, qui doit continuer d\u2019assumer ses responsabilit\u00e9s quotidiennes tout en transmettant des informations aux nouveaux employ\u00e9s. Jean-Philippe Guillemette conseille de segmenter l\u2019information en 5, 10, 15 minutes, et de les ins\u00e9rer dans la journ\u00e9e de travail.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Je propose de faire des rencontres en mode &lsquo;snack\u2019. Une collation, on prend une bouch\u00e9e, puis on fait autres choses. Morceler le contenu, \u00e7a permet au nouvel employ\u00e9 de retenir le plus possible d&rsquo;informations, mais \u00e7a permet au gestionnaire de s\u2019occuper des urgences.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>4.
