C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des grandes questions qui agitent en ce moment le monde du marketing. Et qui va probablement red\u00e9finir les r\u00e8gles traditionnelles du r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement en ligne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les moteurs de recherche vont-ils \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s par des \u00ab\u00a0moteurs de r\u00e9ponses\u00a0\u00bb ? C&rsquo;est la grande inqui\u00e9tude de beaucoup de responsables marketing face au d\u00e9clin programm\u00e9 et progressif de la page Web et de son pendant, le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement naturel. <\/p>\n<p>En cause : le nombre croissant d&rsquo;utilisateurs qui privil\u00e9gient d\u00e9sormais les mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle comme ChatGPT, Claude ou Perplexity, au d\u00e9triment des acteurs traditionnels, au premier rang desquels l&rsquo;in\u00e9vitable Google. La firme de Mountain View a d&rsquo;ailleurs pris le taureau par les cornes en annon\u00e7ant, lors de sa traditionnelle grand-messe annuelle, I\/O 2025, le 20 mai dernier, le d\u00e9ploiement dans 200 pays et la prise en charge de plus de 40 langues d&rsquo;<em>AI Overviews<\/em>, son moteur de r\u00e9ponses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De pages vitrines \u00e0 base de donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce module n&rsquo;affiche plus de liens vers des sites Internet mais directement des r\u00e9ponses aux questions pos\u00e9es par les internautes. \u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence des \u00ab\u00a0Snippets\u00a0\u00bb qui, d\u00e8s 2016, affichaient des extraits d&rsquo;une page Web en haut des pages de r\u00e9sultat (et d\u00e9bouchaient sur ce qui est appel\u00e9 des recherches \u00ab\u00a00 clic\u00a0\u00bb), <em>AI Overviews<\/em> compose une synth\u00e8se de plusieurs sites. De quoi d\u00e9tourner voire supprimer une part non n\u00e9gligeable du trafic Web, m\u00eame si Google s&rsquo;en d\u00e9fend, dans une tentative de rassurer les \u00e9diteurs de sites (qui sont par ailleurs ses principaux clients).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Nous nous battions pour \u00eatre dans les trois premiers liens d\u2019une page de r\u00e9sultats de recherche qui en comportait 10,&nbsp;nous allons probablement nous battre pour \u00eatre l\u2019unique entit\u00e9 ou id\u00e9e cit\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9ponse construite par un mod\u00e8le de langage&nbsp;d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par une interface conversationnelle,&nbsp;\u00bb pr\u00e9sage l&rsquo;expert IA Olivier Martinez <a href=\"https:\/\/iapulse.substack.com\/p\/google-io-2025-google-reloaded\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dans son infolettre<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Autrement dit : les pages Web tendent \u00e0 devenir des bases de donn\u00e9es pour les IA plut\u00f4t que des vitrines pour les humains.
