Dans une<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/carrefourrh.org\/ressources\/relations-travail\/2025\/05\/injustice-en-entreprise-et-revanche-employes\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/carrefourrh.org\/ressources\/relations-travail\/2025\/05\/injustice-en-entreprise-et-revanche-employes\" target=\"_blank\"> intervention r\u00e9cente<\/a> sur le site de l\u2019Ordre des CRHA, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Bertholet, CRHA, attire l\u2019attention sur le concept de \u00ab\u00a0justice organisationnelle\u00a0\u00bb, qui pourrait, selon lui, permettre aux gestionnaires de mobiliser leur troupe. Analyse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De quoi s\u2019agit-il tout d&rsquo;abord?<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>La justice organisationnelle, c&rsquo;est la perception ou le sentiment qu&rsquo;ont les employ\u00e9s face \u00e0 la question : est-ce que mon organisation est juste avec moi&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb explique le conseiller RH. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La question a beau \u00eatre de nature \u00ab&nbsp;philosophique&nbsp;\u00bb, la r\u00e9ponse qu\u2019apporte l\u2019employ\u00e9 \u00e0 cette question aura des cons\u00e9quences bien r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Les cons\u00e9quences du sentiment d&rsquo;injustice sont tr\u00e8s bien document\u00e9es scientifiquement. Dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, on parle beaucoup du \u00ab quiet quitting \u00bb (ou d\u00e9mission silencieuse). C&rsquo;est une r\u00e9ponse sur-mesure dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie du savoir. Quand mon patron passe dans mon bureau, je vais faire une performance superficielle, je vais couper dans toutes les choses qui ne paraissent pas. Le sentiment d&rsquo;injustice est corr\u00e9l\u00e9 au sabotage, le fait de cacher l&rsquo;information, le fait de ralentir volontairement le travail.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Les trois justices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Bertholet, CRHA, voit trois leviers pour nourrir le sentiment d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. Le premier est la<strong> justice \u00ab\u00a0distributive\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Est-ce que je re\u00e7ois ma juste part? Les gens vont se poser la question que ce soit pour la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, est-ce que j&rsquo;ai eu une promotion, est-ce que j&rsquo;ai eu un espace de stationnement? Le degr\u00e9 de climatisation est-il \u00e0 la hauteur de ce que je voudrais? \u00c7a touche toutes sortes de sujets.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La seconde se rapporte \u00e0 la <strong>justice \u00ab\u00a0proc\u00e9durale\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Ici, ce qui compte, ce n\u2019est pas tant les d\u00e9cisions que vous avez pris comme organisation, mais la fa\u00e7on dont vous avez pris ces d\u00e9cisions-l\u00e0. Est-ce que j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu ? Est-ce qu\u2019il y a des chouchous? Est-ce que les gestionnaires sont impartiaux ?&nbsp;Je veux comprendre le processus qui a men\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019adoption d\u2019une politique ou d\u2019un r\u00e8glement.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re est la<strong> justice \u00ab\u00a0relationnelle\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/strong>: au-del\u00e0 de la d\u00e9cision et du processus, est-ce que l\u2019employ\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9 avec respect et dignit\u00e9. Est-ce que le gestionnaire a pris le temps d\u2019informer personnellement un employ\u00e9 qu\u2019un processus de plainte le concernant avait \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9, par exemple. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention aux \u00abfausses bonnes id\u00e9es\u00bb <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour rendre plus concret cette notion, le conseiller RH sugg\u00e8re aux organisations de mesurer le sentiment de justice \u00e0 travers l\u2019organisation, puis de l\u2019int\u00e9grer aussi dans la grille d\u2019analyse d\u00e9cisionnelle.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Les gestionnaires qui ont de la maturit\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard vont parfois se rendre compte qu&rsquo;ils ont pris une d\u00e9cision qui \u00e9tait finalement une \u2018fausse bonne id\u00e9e\u2019, apr\u00e8s analyse dans un cadre de justice. En bousculant un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, on est peut-\u00eatre en train de cr\u00e9er un sentiment d&rsquo;injustice. Il faut avoir le r\u00e9flexe de penser \u00e0 cette dimension.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Bertholet rassure les gestionnaires\u00a0: le but n\u2019est pas d\u2019\u00eatre per\u00e7u juste par tous, \u00e0 tout moment. Une note de 8, 9 sur 10 est excellente.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Il y aura toujours des diff\u00e9rences sur ce qu&rsquo;on per\u00e7oit comme juste, selon ses int\u00e9r\u00eats personnels. Les employ\u00e9s ont des attentes raisonnables par rapport \u00e0 cela.
