Axel Oreste, consultant RH et cr\u00e9ateur du balado <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/@tafkingculturedentreprise\" target=\"_blank\">Ta F**king Culture d&rsquo;Entreprise<\/a>, propose aux leaders de d\u00e9personnaliser la question pour l\u2019aborder plut\u00f4t sous l\u2019angle des \u00ab&nbsp;sch\u00e9mas de communication&nbsp;\u00bb. Explications.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Axel Oreste ne fait pas de cachette&nbsp;: il n\u2019aime pas les tests psychom\u00e9triques pour aider les dirigeants \u00e0 devenir de meilleur gestionnaire.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Les tests psychom\u00e9triques, \u00e7a met les gens dans des cases, explique-t-il. \u00c7a te dit si tu es bleu, jaune, rouge\u2026 Comme humains, nous sommes des \u00eatres tr\u00e8s complexes. Nous avons un v\u00e9cu. Il y a de la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re aborder la question par un mod\u00e8le de communication \u00e9volutif comme le <em>Process Communication Model<\/em>. C\u2019est une approche de communication qui vient de la psychanalyse et qui te donne une base concr\u00e8te pour comprendre comment on limite sa communication.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>La gestion comme d\u00e9fi communicationnel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quand Axel Oreste et son \u00e9quipe interviennent aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un dirigeant ou d\u2019un gestionnaire d\u2019entreprise pour l\u2019aider \u00e0 r\u00e9gler un irritant de gestion, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est de le faire prendre conscience de ses biais ou de ses travers de communication.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Le leader a une identit\u00e9 forte, mais il a aussi sa propre r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Il a sa propre vision de l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat. Il a des forces et des faiblesses qui sont propres. Mon objectif, c&rsquo;est de comprendre son plus gros probl\u00e8me dans sa communication, puis de le sensibiliser \u00e0 cela.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pour Axel Oreste, la gestion est avant un d\u00e9fi communicationnel. L\u2019approche PCM ouvre la porte \u00e0 une exploration de nouvelles mani\u00e8res de faire. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Notre mani\u00e8re de communiquer n&rsquo;a rien \u00e0 voir avec nos forces et nos faiblesses. \u00c7a n&rsquo;a rien \u00e0 voir non plus avec nos qualit\u00e9s, nos principes, le fait que l\u2019on soit une personne enjou\u00e9e, introvertie, extravertie, etc. Bien s\u00fbr, il y a une pr\u00e9dominance dans la mani\u00e8re dont on pense, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit et interagit avec le monde. Toutefois, nous avons une marge de man\u0153uvre pour adopter diff\u00e9rentes attitudes, dans diff\u00e9rentes circonstances. Quand on parle avec ses enfants, on sourit plus qu\u2019avec un coll\u00e8gue, par exemple.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Un probl\u00e8me r\u00e9current des dirigeants de PME ? La difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer. En choisissant mieux ses mots et son attitude, l&rsquo;exercice peut \u00eatre v\u00e9cu d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re plus positive. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Si tu prends un ton n\u00e9gatif ou agac\u00e9, l\u2019employ\u00e9 va imm\u00e9diatement sentir que tu n\u2019as pas envie de d\u00e9l\u00e9guer,&nbsp;\u00bb confie-t-il.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans une publication r\u00e9cente, le consultant RH rappelait l\u2019importance pour les gestionnaires d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer leur stress&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Tu es le premier facteur de stress de ton \u00e9quipe. Pas l\u2019\u00e9conomie. Pas le client difficile.<br \/>Toi. Parce que ton \u00e9quipe ne suit pas ton plan strat\u00e9gique. Elle suit ton \u00e9tat. Tu veux qu\u2019ils restent calmes quand \u00e7a chauffe ? Commence par arr\u00eater d\u2019exploser, de t\u2019agiter ou de fuir \u00e0 la moindre friction.&nbsp;Tu crois piloter ton entreprise avec ta vision. Mais ce que les gens captent en premier, c\u2019est ton syst\u00e8me nerveux. Un leader, \u00e7a s\u2019autor\u00e9gule. Pas pour jouer au moine zen.
