Plus de 8 % des organisations n&rsquo;ont pas pr\u00e9vu d&rsquo;augmentation, un plus haut depuis 5 ans.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"577\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1024x577.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-109162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1024x577.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-768x433.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1536x866.png 1536w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image.png 1554w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Par ailleurs, pr\u00e8s des deux tiers des organisations participantes indiquent que les augmentations pr\u00e9vues en 2026 seront inf\u00e9rieures aux augmentations octroy\u00e9es en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Des donn\u00e9es qui sont relativement homog\u00e8nes \u00e0 travers le pays. Les augmentations accord\u00e9es en 2025 dans les diff\u00e9rentes provinces se situent entre 2,9 % et 3,4 %, tandis que les augmentations pr\u00e9vues en 2026 se situent entre 2,9 % et 3,2 %. Le Qu\u00e9bec a les augmentations r\u00e9elles et pr\u00e9visionnelles les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es (3,4 % pour 2025 et 3,2 % pour 2026).<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"582\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1-1024x582.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-109163\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1-1024x582.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1-300x171.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1-768x437.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1.png 1534w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Quelques \u00e9carts apparaissent toutefois entre secteurs. Ainsi, les services juridiques (3,7 %), immobiliers (3,5 %) et professionnels (3,4 %) s&rsquo;av\u00e8rent les plus g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, au contraire des services d\u2019enseignement (2,9 %), les municipalit\u00e9s (2,9 %) ou encore les fondations (2,7 %).<\/p>\n<p>Sachant que, comme l&rsquo;an pass\u00e9, un tiers (32 %) des organisations disposent d&rsquo;un budget suppl\u00e9mentaire, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la gestion des cas particuliers, tels que les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 haut potentiel ou \u00e0 carri\u00e8re acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moins de pression sur le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu de la r\u00e9duction des postes vacants, les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;attraction et \u00e0 la r\u00e9tention continuent de diminuer cette ann\u00e9e (62 % en 2024, 54 % en 2025 et 50 % en 2026). Dans le m\u00eame temps, 20 % des organisations pr\u00e9voient de ne pas indexer leur structure salariale en 2026.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Cela pourrait signifier que les organisations ressentent moins de pression du point de vue de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour attirer et retenir les employ\u00e9s, ou qu&rsquo;elles consid\u00e8rent que leur structure est suffisamment comp\u00e9titive\u00a0\u00bb, note le rapport.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Autre signal illustrant cette tendance : les programmes non mon\u00e9taires (formation, mentorat, d\u00e9veloppement, projets sp\u00e9ciaux, programmes de gestion de carri\u00e8re) sont moins utilis\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e (30 %) qu\u2019en 2024 (42 %) et 2025 (42 %). Bonne nouvelle : 84 % des organisations ont indiqu\u00e9 que leurs gestionnaires disposent de ressources pour les accompagner dans cette d\u00e9marche. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, &quot;Segoe UI&quot;, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, sans-serif;\">Cependant, ces ressources se limitent souvent au soutien du d\u00e9partement des ressources humaines (77 %) ou \u00e0 des documents et politiques organisationnelles (68 %).
