Ind\u00e9niable, cette tendance\u00a0am\u00e8ne n\u00e9anmoins quelques nuances, dit Ipsos Reid dans un sondage qui analyse les habitudes des Canadiens dans la recherche, la cueillette et le partage d&rsquo;information \u00e0 propos des\u00a0entreprises.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas surprenant de constater qu&rsquo;ils sont\u00a061% \u00e0 utiliser les engins de recherche sur le Web, les Canadiens ont encore le r\u00e9flexe, et ce dans une proportion de 50%, d&rsquo;exploiter le bouche-\u00e0-oreille quand vient le temps de se renseigner sur la r\u00e9putation et\/ou la nature de ses activit\u00e9s (produits\/services, prix, soldes, coordonn\u00e9es, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/bouche-a-oreille.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10957 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/bouche-a-oreille-300x185.jpg\" alt=\"bouche-a-oreille\" width=\"259\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/bouche-a-oreille-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/bouche-a-oreille.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 259px) 100vw, 259px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Viennent ensuite, avec respectivement 48% et 46%, les sites corporatifs et les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.\u00a0Sans \u00eatre marginales, ces donn\u00e9es indiquent que les consommateurs multiplient les sources avant de s&rsquo;en servir et\/ou les partager \u00e0 des tiers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et quels canaux de communication pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent-ils utiliser pour transmettre ces informations? Tr\u00e8s loin devant les r\u00e9seaux sociaux (34%), les Canadiens font appel au traditionnel bouche-\u00e0-oreille dans une proportion de 78%.
