Sous le slogan \u00ab Innovante. Humaine. Durable. En finance, fais une diff\u00e9rence. \u00bb, l\u2019initiative met en lumi\u00e8re la richesse des carri\u00e8res en finance et en assurance ainsi que leur contribution concr\u00e8te \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le secteur de la finance et de l\u2019assurance \u00e9volue et s\u2019ouvre \u00e0 une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de talents qui souhaitent donner du sens \u00e0 leur carri\u00e8re. Avec cette campagne 360, Finance Montr\u00e9al veut d\u00e9construire ces pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et d\u00e9montrer que la finance est un milieu ouvert, stimulant et accessible qui peut jouer un r\u00f4le important dans les causes qui tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur aux jeunes.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>La finance n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une affaire de chiffres. C\u2019est un milieu o\u00f9 l\u2019on soutient des projets durables, o\u00f9 l\u2019on accompagne des gens \u00e0 des moments d\u00e9cisifs de leur vie et o\u00f9 l\u2019on contribue \u00e0 b\u00e2tir un avenir meilleur. De l\u2019affichage dans les lieux fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s par les jeunes, tels que les centres d\u2019achats, les cin\u00e9mas et les campus, viennent compl\u00e9ter cette offensive multiplateforme.<\/p>\n<p>La campagne invite les jeunes \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir le quotidien de professionnel.le.s de la finance et de l\u2019assurance de pratiques vari\u00e9es. Ainsi, elle veut montrer toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue des r\u00f4les de ce secteur.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>En concevant cette campagne, nous avons voulu refl\u00e9ter la pluralit\u00e9 des parcours et montrer que la finance se transforme profond\u00e9ment.
