Mobilit\u00e9 record, ma\u00eetrise de l&rsquo;IA, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 technologique et activit\u00e9 secondaire : voyons les d\u00e9terminants de cette nouvelle donne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>153 074. C&rsquo;est le nombre d&#8217;emplois qui ont disparu aux \u00c9tats-Unis en octobre, un chiffre jamais atteint depuis 20 ans et trois fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, selon les donn\u00e9es du cabinet Challenger, Gray &amp; Christmas.<\/p>\n<p>Une vague de licenciements qui touche principalement les domaines de la technologie. En t\u00e9moigne les coupes annonc\u00e9es chez Intel (21 000 postes), Microsoft (15 000) ou encore Amazon (14 000). Parmi les explications \u00e9voqu\u00e9es, du moins officiellement : la mont\u00e9e en puissance de l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un rapport ambivalent \u00e0 l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;il est encore trop t\u00f4t pour parler d&#8217;embl\u00e9e de tendance durable, ce type de signaux faibles ne pousse gu\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;optimisme pour la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui entre ou s&rsquo;appr\u00eate \u00e0 int\u00e9grer le march\u00e9 du travail. <\/p>\n<p>Un constat que vient confirmer une <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.grouperandstad.fr\/publication\/etudes\/la-gen-z-en-entreprise\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9tude r\u00e9cente<\/a> de l&rsquo;agence Randstad, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 11 250 talents dans 15 pays et bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;analyse de 126 millions d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Son premier enseignement majeur ? La rar\u00e9faction dramatique des postes de juniors. Les offres d&#8217;emploi pour les profils ayant moins de deux ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience ont ainsi chut\u00e9 de 29 % depuis janvier 2024, avec des baisses particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9es dans les secteurs de la technologie (-35%) ou de la finance (-24%). Seul le secteur de la sant\u00e9 fait exception avec une hausse de 13 %.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"664\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-1024x664.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110058\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-1024x664.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-300x194.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-768x498.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-1536x995.png 1536w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16-1200x778.png 1200w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-16.png 1756w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Cette contraction s&rsquo;explique largement par l&rsquo;automatisation croissante engendr\u00e9e par l&rsquo;IA, qui prend en charge de nombreuses t\u00e2ches traditionnellement confi\u00e9es aux juniors (r\u00e9daction de rapports, analyses, pr\u00e9sentations&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Une nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dont la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z a bien conscience : 46% s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent de l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;IA sur leur carri\u00e8re (un chiffre qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait que de 40 % l&rsquo;an dernier). M\u00eame s&rsquo;il y a un paradoxe ici : cette jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration est pourtant celle qui utilise le plus l&rsquo;IA au travail. 55% l&rsquo;utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes et 75% s&rsquo;en servent comme outil d&rsquo;apprentissage.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"988\" height=\"586\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-18.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110060\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-18.png 988w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-18-300x178.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-18-768x456.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 988px) 100vw, 988px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;hypermobilit\u00e9 comme strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;adaptation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ce contexte difficile, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration n\u00e9e entre 1997 et 2007 d\u00e9veloppe une approche singuli\u00e8re : elle combine vision long terme et missions courtes. <\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire que 85% des jeunes tiennent compte de leurs objectifs de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 long terme avant d&rsquo;accepter un emploi (chiffre le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 toutes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations confondues)&#8230; mais leur dur\u00e9e moyenne en poste n&rsquo;est que de 1,1 an sur les cinq premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de carri\u00e8re en moyenne, contre 1,8 an pour les Millenniaux et pr\u00e8s de 3 ans pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"329\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-19-1024x329.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110061\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-19-1024x329.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-19-300x96.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-19-768x247.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-19-1536x494.png 1536w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-19-1200x386.png 1200w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-19.png 1724w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"556\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-110057\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-15.png 556w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-15-300x248.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des talents de cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration (52%) sont en recherche active actuellement, un tiers d&rsquo;entre eux (33%) pr\u00e9voient de quitter leur poste actuel d&rsquo;ici un an, et seuls 11% ont l&rsquo;intention de rester sur le long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 leurs yeux ? Le manque de perspectives d&rsquo;\u00e9volution. Pour 14% d&rsquo;entre eux, il s&rsquo;agit de la principale raison de changer d&#8217;emploi, soit le 2e motif des raisons de d\u00e9part les plus cit\u00e9es, juste derri\u00e8re le salaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le secteur technologie et les activit\u00e9s secondaires comme nouveaux horizons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude montre \u00e9galement que les aspirations sectorielles \u00e9voluent \u00e0 travers les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Ainsi, si les domaines r\u00eav\u00e9s concernaient plut\u00f4t la sant\u00e9, les travaux publics ou l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie il y a des dizaines d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z se tourne d\u00e9sormais plut\u00f4t vers les secteurs \u00e0 forte croissance comme les TI.<\/p>\n<p>Le gain net pour le secteur est de 70%. Une nouvelle normalit\u00e9 en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la concurrence de l&rsquo;IA sur des t\u00e2ches de plus en plus importantes ?<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
