Lors du plus r\u00e9cent <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/sommetchefsmarketing.ca\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/sommetchefsmarketing.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sommet des chefs du marketing 2025<\/a>, il \u00e9tait int\u00e9ressant d\u2019entendre des responsables marketing \u00e9mettre des doutes face \u00e0 cette strat\u00e9gie d\u2019affaires.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marc Dicko, chef de la direction marketing et num\u00e9rique de L\u2019Or\u00e9al Canada, a d&rsquo;abord tenu \u00e0 remettre les pendules \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure sur la fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie qui entoure l&rsquo;IA.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Certaines personnes s\u2019attendent \u00e0 gagner 10% d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 en 3 jours&#8230; Il faut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s honn\u00eate sur l\u2019utilisation que de cette technologie; nous sommes dans une phase hyper exp\u00e9rimentale.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Le CMO de L&rsquo;Or\u00e9al a rappel\u00e9 la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Roy_Amara\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Roy_Amara\" target=\"_blank\">Loi d\u2019Amara<\/a>, selon laquelle l\u2019humain, face \u00e0 une technologie disruptive, a tendance \u00e0 surestimer l\u2019impact \u00e0 court terme, tout en sous-estimant les bouleversements \u00e0 long terme. R\u00e9solue \u00e0 ne pas manquer sa transition, L\u2019Or\u00e9al a pos\u00e9 plusieurs jalons de sa strat\u00e9gie d\u2019IA, avec entre autres une plateforme de cr\u00e9ation de briefs \u2013 \u00e0 utiliser seulement en interne -, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de technologies de diagnostics de la peau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La strat\u00e9gie plut\u00f4t que les gains de productivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de la m\u00eame conf\u00e9rence, Imen Zitouni, premi\u00e8re vice-pr\u00e9sidente et cheffe du marketing d\u2019Intact, a expliqu\u00e9 comment elle porte son attention sur les usages strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019IA, plut\u00f4t que sur les simples gains incr\u00e9mentaux de productivit\u00e9, que tout un chacun tente de faire en confiant la r\u00e9daction de ses courriels \u00e0 ChatGPT.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>La premi\u00e8re chose vers laquelle les gens vont en IA, c&rsquo;est de voir comment ils peuvent augmenter leur productivit\u00e9, note-t-elle. C&rsquo;est la base, mais tu ne changes pas la vie avec \u00e7a\u2026 Nous, notre vision chez Intact, c&rsquo;est que l\u2019IA est plus qu\u2019un changement [technologique], c&rsquo;est une perturbation importante. C&rsquo;est le moment de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux gros gains \u00e0 faire avec cette technologie. La productivit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est le fun, mais \u00e7a donne uniquement des gains incr\u00e9mentaux.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Imen Zitouni cite en exemple un cas r\u00e9cent aux \u00c9tats-Unis o\u00f9 la firme d\u2019assurance Progressive Insurance <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thedrum.com\/news\/progressive-insurance-tests-limits-ai-generated-ads-and-learns-when-pull-back\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.thedrum.com\/news\/progressive-insurance-tests-limits-ai-generated-ads-and-learns-when-pull-back\" target=\"_blank\">a utilis\u00e9 l\u2019IA pour produire 96 versions diff\u00e9rentes<\/a> d\u2019un spot publicitaire radio en moins de deux semaines, selon une combinaison de six sc\u00e9narios, quatre voix et quatre musiques possibles. Chaque auditeur \u00e9tait expos\u00e9 \u00e0 une publicit\u00e9 correspondant \u00e0 leur \u00ab&nbsp;persona&nbsp;\u00bb, avec de spectaculaires r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;\u00e9coute et d&rsquo;engagement.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Cela a augment\u00e9 leurs ventes de fa\u00e7on significative. Je trouve que c&rsquo;est un bel exemple d\u2019utilisation de l&rsquo;IA, oui, pour de la productivit\u00e9, mais aussi pour repenser une strat\u00e9gie de marketing. Depuis longtemps en marketing num\u00e9rique, on parle d\u2019une personnalisation \u2018one to one\u2019 comme d\u2019un id\u00e9al \u00e0 atteindre, mais qui n\u2019est pas vraiment r\u00e9aliste ou hyper co\u00fbteux. Mais l\u00e0, on voit qu\u2019on cr\u00e9e cette personnalisation et qu&rsquo;il est plus facilement possible de le corr\u00e9ler \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;affaires.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Aller au-del\u00e0 des usages quotidiens<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un autre exemple marketing \u00e9loquent est l\u2019utilisation par Rona de l\u2019IA pour remplacer les \u00ab&nbsp;focus groupes&nbsp;\u00bb de certaines de ses campagnes marketing, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/rona-teste-des-campagnes-devant-un-auditoire-synthetique-avec-cossette-media\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/rona-teste-des-campagnes-devant-un-auditoire-synthetique-avec-cossette-media\/\" target=\"_blank\">tel que rapport\u00e9 par Catherine Laporte lors de la m\u00eame discussion<\/a>. Pour Imen Zitouni, c\u2019est en regardant au-del\u00e0 des usages quotidiens de l\u2019IA que les CMO vont avoir l\u2019\u00e9coute de leur \u00e9quipe de direction.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Un jour, un membre du comit\u00e9 de direction d\u2019Intact m\u2019a dit : si tu veux int\u00e9resser un CEO, il faut vendre de grandes id\u00e9es. Les gains incr\u00e9mentaux, ils ont d&rsquo;autres choses \u00e0 se soucier.
