Le client peut avoir des doutes, des contraintes budg\u00e9taires ou des comparaisons concurrentielles. Ensuite, un rythme r\u00e9gulier d\u2019\u00e9change \u2013 sans harceler \u2013 permet de rester pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019esprit du client tout en respectant son espace. L\u2019important est d\u2019apporter de la valeur \u00e0 chaque relance : une information compl\u00e9mentaire, une id\u00e9e d\u2019optimisation, un t\u00e9moignage client, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Le suivi, c\u2019est aussi une question d\u2019attitude<\/h2>\n<p>Le ton du suivi compte autant que son contenu.
