M. V\u00f6gele est \u00e9galement\u00a0l\u2019inventeur de la m\u00e9thode du <em>Dialogue en marketing direct<\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>1- Faites des paragraphes courts, <\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">de trois \u00e0 sept lignes (en moyenne de quatre lignes), en laissant des marges et des interlignes g\u00e9n\u00e9reux. Pour le lecteur, voir de longs paragraphes serr\u00e9s \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 la salutation d\u2019un repr\u00e9sentant qui dirait: \u00ab Bonjour, je repr\u00e9sente l\u2019entreprise XYZ. Avez-vous <i>deux heures<\/i> \u00e0 me consacrer? \u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>2- Attention au contenu des paragraphes de moins de trois lignes.<\/b><\/span> Leur bri\u00e8vet\u00e9 en fait moins des paragraphes que des accroches<b>,<\/b> qui attirent l\u2019attention et peuvent donc \u00eatre lues en premier, avant le reste du texte. Ces phrases-paragraphes doivent donner un avantage pour le client (\u00ab\u00a0Obtenez une r\u00e9duction de 25 % en vous abonnant avant le 15 juin \u00bb), et non la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019une explication donn\u00e9e au paragraphe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, cons\u00e9quence qui, lue ind\u00e9pendamment de cette explication, pourrait \u00eatre mal interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Par exemple, si un paragraphe se r\u00e9sume \u00e0 \u00abEt c\u2019est parce qu\u2019il peut faire toutes ces t\u00e2ches que notre appareil co\u00fbte un peu plus cher!\u00bb, le lecteur, qui ignorerait encore toutes les t\u00e2ches que l\u2019appareil peut accomplir, risque de retenir surtout le co\u00fbt plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>3- Ne coupez aucun mot en fin de ligne.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>4- Ne terminez pas un paragraphe par un mot rejet\u00e9 \u00e0 la ligne.<\/b><\/span> Un mot seul au d\u00e9but d\u2019une ligne ne dit rien s\u2019il est pris isol\u00e9ment, mais, parce qu\u2019il est seul, il peut attirer inutilement l\u2019attention du lecteur qui n\u2019a pas encore commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 lire le texte depuis son commencement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>5- Dosez les soulignements en fonction de la cible.<\/b><\/span> Il faut souligner les avantages importants de l\u2019offre pour le lecteur.
