Qui va succ\u00e9der au marchand d\u2019instruments de musique Long&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;McQuade et aux chocolats Lindt ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude WOW en magasin \u00e9value la performance des d\u00e9taillants \u00e0 partir de multiples indicateurs li\u00e9s aux produits, aux prix, au service, au magasin et \u00e0 la personnalisation, selon l\u2019importance de chacun dans leur secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019\u00e9dition 2026, plus de 16 000 Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois\u00b7es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sond\u00e9s afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue chez 267 d\u00e9taillants, r\u00e9partis dans 26 secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9.
