IA, nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, cr\u00e9ation et destruction d&#8217;emplois&#8230; Synth\u00e8se en 3 faits saillants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1- Emplois : une destruction cr\u00e9atrice<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Premier enseignement global : l&#8217;emploi mondial devrait progresser de 7 % \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon 2030, soit une cr\u00e9ation nette de 78 millions de postes. Un chiffre \u00e9loquent qui masque toutefois une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 plus contrast\u00e9e : 170 millions de nouveaux postes seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s tandis que 92 millions dispara\u00eetront. Autrement dit, un emploi sur cinq (22 %) conna\u00eetra une transformation structurelle.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le d\u00e9tail, le rapport pointe la forte croissance en volume des r\u00f4les de \u00ab\u00a0premi\u00e8re ligne\u00a0\u00bb (agriculteurs, livreurs, ouvriers, commerciaux, soignants, \u00e9ducateurs&#8230;). Selon les r\u00e9pondants, 39 % des comp\u00e9tences devront \u00e9voluer d&rsquo;ici 2030. Un chiffre qui semble \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, mais qui est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en retrait par rapport aux \u00e9ditions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes (57 % en 2020 et 44% en 2023). Comment l&rsquo;expliquer ?<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Une attention croissante port\u00e9e aux programmes d&rsquo;apprentissage en continu, au perfectionnement et aux reconversions professionnelles permet aux entreprises d&rsquo;anticiper et de g\u00e9rer au mieux les futurs besoins en comp\u00e9tences\u00a0\u00bb, indique le rapport.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>En t\u00e9moigne le taux de 50 % des employ\u00e9s ayant effectu\u00e9 une formation, contre 41 % en 2023.
