Voici le surprenant enseignement d&rsquo;un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/analytics\/651674\/gen-z-research.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">rapport r\u00e9cent <\/a>de Gallup sur la relation entre la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z (entre 14 et 29 ans) et l&rsquo;IA. Tentatives d&rsquo;explications.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de plus de 1 500 jeunes Am\u00e9ricains de 14 \u00e0 29 ans entre fin f\u00e9vrier et d\u00e9but mars, livre un premier constat \u00e0 rebours des discours traditionnels : l&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative par la Gen Z stagne. \u00c0 peine un r\u00e9pondant sur deux d\u00e9clare l&rsquo;utiliser au moins une fois par semaine (22 % tous les jours et 29 % de mani\u00e8re hebdomadaire). Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment : la d\u00e9gradation de sa perception. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enthousiasme chute de 14 points (de 36 % \u00e0 22 %), l&rsquo;espoir de 9 points (de 27 % \u00e0 18 %), tandis que la col\u00e8re bondit de 9 points pour atteindre 31 %. L&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, elle, reste stable \u00e0 42 %. La familiarit\u00e9 ne suffit donc plus \u00e0 produire de l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion.<\/p>\n<h2>Des doutes sur les apports de l&rsquo;IA au travail<\/h2>\n<p>Comment expliquer ce qui a tout l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;un paradoxe, le titre d&rsquo;ailleurs de ce rapport ? <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>L&rsquo;incertitude \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de l&rsquo;IA refl\u00e8te sans doute des inqui\u00e9tudes quant \u00e0 son impact per\u00e7u sur l&rsquo;apprentissage et la performance au travail. Les jeunes de la Gen Z ne sont pas convaincus que l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle les aidera \u00e0 rechercher des informations fiables, \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles id\u00e9es et \u00e0 analyser l&rsquo;information avec rigueur\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e9nonce Gallup.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ainsi, 38 % estiment qu&rsquo;elle nuira davantage \u00e0 leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle ne les aidera en la mati\u00e8re. Une proportion similaire (42 %) pensent la m\u00eame chose pour leur esprit critique. Parmi les jeunes actifs, 48 % consid\u00e8rent que les risques de l&rsquo;IA au travail d\u00e9passent ses b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, contre seulement 15 % qui pensent l&rsquo;inverse. Et 65 % acceptent l&rsquo;usage de l&rsquo;IA pour les travaux scolaires, soit une hausse de 10 points.
