C&rsquo;est le principal enseignement issu du dernier coup de sonde du Conseil qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois du commerce de d\u00e9tail (CQCD), en partenariat avec ORAMA Marketing. Analyse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le dernier Barom\u00e8tre en date d\u2019avril 2026, 30 % des personnes r\u00e9pondantes disent avoir achet\u00e9 sur Temu au cours des six derniers mois, contre 19 % pour Shein. Depuis janvier 2025, Temu est ainsi pass\u00e9 de 21 % \u00e0 30 %, alors que Shein est pass\u00e9 de 16 % \u00e0 19 %. <\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plus d\u2019un an de suivi, les r\u00e9sultats montrent que ces plateformes \u00e9trang\u00e8res \u00e0 bas prix ne rel\u00e8vent plus d\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne ponctuel, mais s\u2019installent progressivement dans les comportements de consommation.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-13-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-112026\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-13-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-13-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-13-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-13-1536x863.png 1536w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-13-1200x675.png 1200w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-13.png 1594w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Temu creuse l\u2019\u00e9cart au Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les six vagues de donn\u00e9es recueillies depuis janvier 2025 montrent que Temu devance Shein \u00e0 chacune des p\u00e9riodes mesur\u00e9es pour les achats effectu\u00e9s au cours des six derniers mois. Apr\u00e8s un sommet \u00e0 34\u00a0%, Temu s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0 30 % dans la plus r\u00e9cente mesure (avril 2026). Shein, qui avait atteint 25 %, revient pour sa part \u00e0 19 %. Il est \u00e0 noter que le pic (34 % pour Temu et 25 % pour Shein) est corolaire \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode des F\u00eates et du Vendredi fou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une fr\u00e9quence d\u2019achat en hausse sur les deux plateformes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du nombre de personnes rejointes, les r\u00e9sultats montrent \u00e9galement une intensification de la fr\u00e9quence d\u2019achat. Sur Temu, la part des personnes qui commandent toutes les semaines passe de 9 % en janvier 2025 \u00e0 19 % dans la plus r\u00e9cente mesure. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, la part de celles qui y ach\u00e8tent quelques fois par ann\u00e9e recule de 65 % \u00e0 55 %.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9volution comparable est observ\u00e9e chez Shein. Cette proportion atteint 46 % chez Shein. Ces r\u00e9sultats indiquent que ces plateformes ne rel\u00e8vent plus seulement d\u2019achats occasionnels, mais qu\u2019elles s\u2019int\u00e8grent graduellement dans les routines de consommation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un enjeu croissant pour les entreprises de d\u00e9tail qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les entreprises de d\u00e9tail qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises, l\u2019enjeu ne concerne donc plus seulement la d\u00e9couverte de ces plateformes par la population, mais bien leur ancrage progressif dans les habitudes d\u2019achat. Temu combine d\u00e9sormais une base plus large et une fr\u00e9quence d\u2019achat en hausse, ce qui en fait un acteur concurrentiel particuli\u00e8rement important.
