Une \u00e9tude, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 400 entreprises et plus de 2 700 \u00e9tablissements r\u00e9partis \u00e0 travers le Qu\u00e9bec, particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9clairante pour comprendre les enjeux du secteur. Synth\u00e8se en 5 faits saillants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>1- Amazon surpuissant<\/h2>\n<p>En 2024, pour chaque dollar d\u00e9pens\u00e9 en ligne par un adulte qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois, 64 centimes vont \u00e0 Amazon. Aux marchands d&rsquo;ici ? 11 centimes. Et la tendance se creuse : Amazon a gagn\u00e9 13 points en un an.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"992\" height=\"762\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-112279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-4.png 992w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-4-300x230.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-4-768x590.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 992px) 100vw, 992px\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2>2- Le commerce \u00e9lectronique : un canal encore marginal pour la majorit\u00e9 des commer\u00e7ants<\/h2>\n<p>Toutefois, la domination de la plateforme am\u00e9ricaine r\u00e9v\u00e8le avant tout une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 structurelle c\u00f4t\u00e9 qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois : le commerce \u00e9lectronique reste un canal sous-exploit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Certes, 64 % des d\u00e9taillants sond\u00e9s r\u00e9alisent une part de leurs ventes en ligne. Mais derri\u00e8re cette statistique, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est plus nuanc\u00e9e : 57 % d&rsquo;entre eux g\u00e9n\u00e8rent moins de 10 % de leur chiffre d&rsquo;affaires via ce canal. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"525\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-5-1024x525.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-112280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-5-1024x525.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-5-300x154.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-5-768x394.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-5.png 1042w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Parmi les entreprises qui r\u00e9alisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des ventes en ligne, 57 % anticipent une croissance de ces ventes au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025. En comparaison, 35 % s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une stabilit\u00e9, 3 % pr\u00e9voient une baisse, tandis que 5 % demeurent incertaines quant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de leur performance en ligne\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le rapport.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>L&rsquo;optimisme est de mise.<\/p>\n<h2>3- Les bons outils&#8230; mais pas aux bons endroits !<\/h2>\n<p>Un des paradoxes principaux du rapport ? Les d\u00e9taillants qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois ma\u00eetrisent tr\u00e8s bien les outils qui font tourner la boutique, beaucoup moins ceux qui font revenir le client.<\/p>\n<p>Caisse enregistreuse (POS) ? 77 % d&rsquo;utilisation intensive. Gestion des stocks ? 67 %. Seuls 20 % des d\u00e9taillants utilisent intensivement un assistant conversationnel (ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek\u2026), et \u00e0 peine 6 % des outils de productivit\u00e9 IA comme Microsoft Copilot. La cat\u00e9gorie affiche la moyenne d&rsquo;usage intensive la plus faible de toutes : 13 %.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"436\" src=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-8-1024x436.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-112283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-8-1024x436.png 1024w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-8-300x128.png 300w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-8-768x327.png 768w, https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-8.png 1058w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Des solutions qui peuvent pourtant leur apporter de nouvelles perspectives. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Ces technologies s\u2019appuient sur des mod\u00e8les de langage avanc\u00e9s capables, entre autres, de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du contenu, de synth\u00e9tiser l\u2019information ou d\u2019automatiser certaines t\u00e2ches analytiques et r\u00e9dactionnelles\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le rapport.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Notons \u00e0 ce sujet que les principaux freins \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique sont : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la surcharge organisationnelle (51 %),<\/li>\n<li>le manque de ressources financi\u00e8res (44 %)<\/li>\n<li>et le manque de comp\u00e9tences internes (29 %).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5- L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client unifi\u00e9e (omnicanal, personnalisation, communaut\u00e9) est la priorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;investissement<\/h2>\n<p>Interrog\u00e9s sur leurs priorit\u00e9s pour les 12 \u00e0 24 prochains mois, les d\u00e9taillants convergent vers un m\u00eame horizon : la relation client.<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9er des communaut\u00e9s autour de la marque (44 %), personnaliser l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience par la donn\u00e9e (34 %), mettre en place des programmes de fid\u00e9lisation innovants (37 %), fluidifier les transactions (24 %) et unifier les canaux physiques et num\u00e9riques (20 %) : l&rsquo;omnicanalit\u00e9, la personnalisation et l&rsquo;engagement communautaire forment le triptyque des ambitions. <\/p>\n<p>Pour boucler avec le premier enseignement, ce sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les domaines o\u00f9 Amazon excelle !
