L&rsquo;analyste Nate Elliott explique pourtant, dans un <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.forrester.com\/nate_elliott\/14-11-10-as_social_media_matures_branded_communities_will_make_a_comeback_in_2015\">r\u00e9cent billet<\/a><\/strong><span class=\"s2\">,\u00a0<\/span><strong>pourquoi selon lui les forums d&rsquo;entreprise (branded communities) pourraient\u00a0revenir \u00e0 la mode tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Des r\u00e9seaux sociaux qui ne livrent pas leurs promesses<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Selon lui, les entreprises chercheront sous peu\u00a0d&rsquo;autres moyens de tisser des liens avec leur client\u00e8le car les r\u00e9seaux sociaux actuels n&rsquo;arrivent pas \u00e0 bien le faire. Notamment Facebook. Selon lui, cette plateforme sociale\u00a0a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/has-facebook-failed-marketers-2013-10-28\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 sa promesse<\/span><\/a> de r\u00e9volutionner le marketing en \u00e9tant gu\u00e8re autre chose\u00a0qu&rsquo;un vendeur de publicit\u00e9 traditionnel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Ce n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;hier qu&rsquo;Elliott critique l&rsquo;apport de Facebook aux publicitaires. Dans les deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il a souvent avanc\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que les retomb\u00e9es de Facebook et Twitter <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.forrester.com\/nate_elliott\/13-10-28-an_open_letter_to_mark_zuckerberg\"><span class=\"s2\">d\u00e9cevaient les annonceurs<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #000080;\"><b>Un effet viral plus fort et un meilleur pouvoir de conversion<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span class=\"s1\">Parmi les avantages accord\u00e9s aux forums de marques, Nate Elliot note son\u00a0potentiel viral et le fait que\u00a0des leaders d&rsquo;opinion, r\u00e9unis\u00a0autour de cette outil virtuel,\u00a0peuvent \u00eatre encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 propager la nouvelle en aval (ce qui peut aussi \u00eatre fait sur Facebook).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Les consommateurs seraient aussi plus enclins\u00a0\u00e0 visiter le site de l&rsquo;entreprise dont ils d\u00e9sirent acheter un produit plut\u00f4t que de visiter ses plateformes sociales. Ces r\u00e9seaux ont\u00a0des forces et des faiblesses qu&rsquo;on ne peut cavali\u00e8rement rejeter du revers de la main. Ils\u00a0ne sont,\u00a0finalement, que des outils suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0\u00e0 la disposition des entreprises. Comme peuvent l&rsquo;\u00eatre, \u00e0 leur niveau, les forums d&rsquo;entreprises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Mais Facebook en a d\u00e9\u00e7u plusieurs r\u00e9cemment lorsque sa direction d\u00e9cida de\u00a0limiter la port\u00e9e des messages diffus\u00e9s.
