Et la nature des besoins d\u00e9terminera \u00e9ventuellement\u00a0le niveau de\u00a0loyaut\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par celui qui d\u00e9tient la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s d&rsquo;une entreprise. Manger au restaurant le midi, par exemple, ne fera pas appel au m\u00eame niveau d&rsquo;engagement qu&rsquo;acheter un abonnement quelconque ou une auto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si on s&rsquo;attend d&rsquo;un restaurateur qu&rsquo;il soit efficace\u00a0&#8211; bonne bouffe, service courtois et rapide\u00a0&#8211; il en va tout\u00a0autrement lorsque l&rsquo;on signe un contrat d&rsquo;engagement avec une entreprise. La nature de l&rsquo;entente (et des montants engag\u00e9s) obligera cette derni\u00e8re\u00a0\u00e0 cr\u00e9er des liens \u00e9motifs sinc\u00e8res (lire humains) avec le client s&rsquo;il veut maintenir et renforcer sa loyaut\u00e9 envers l&rsquo;organisation pour laquelle il est employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Lorsqu&rsquo;un montant engag\u00e9 est sup\u00e9rieur, M. Palin pr\u00e9cise que la personne au service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le &#8211; l&rsquo;humain &#8211; joue un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant\u00a0dans<a href=\"http:\/\/www.generationinc.com\/management\/relations-avec-les-clients-management\/les-5-regles-dor-de-lexperience-client\"> l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client<\/a>. Tous les intervenants impliqu\u00e9s dans le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le (ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 six au total) ont pourtant \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement engag\u00e9s, attentionn\u00e9s, professionnels et m\u00eame chaleureux durant tout le temps qu&rsquo;a dur\u00e9 cet imbroglio\u00a0technologique. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Et deux jours plus tard, l&rsquo;auteur de ces lignes recevait un courriel dans lequel on lui\u00a0demandait si cette exp\u00e9rience avait \u00e9t\u00e9 globalement positive ou n\u00e9gative. C&rsquo;est la fa\u00e7on privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e par Vid\u00e9otron pour s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;un client insatisfait puisse, au besoin, \u00eatre rapidement r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 par le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Car tant que la d\u00e9pense associ\u00e9e \u00e0 sa gestion ne d\u00e9passe pas les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la compagnie, son devoir est de le satisfaire enti\u00e8rement. Et dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, la satisfaction du client a \u00e9t\u00e9 totale malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9lais rencontr\u00e9s.
