Les commentaires pertinents &#8211; ainsi les adjectifs qu\u2019ils contiennent &#8211; sont beaucoup plus importants \u00e0 leurs yeux. Les r\u00e9pondants ont soulign\u00e9 que le rythme de publication\u00a0doit \u00eatre revu \u00e0 la baisse, et que le\u00a0gestionnaire de communaut\u00e9s doit \u00eatre plus actif afin de faire r\u00e9agir sa base d\u2019adeptes et d\u2019abonn\u00e9s plus rapidement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><strong><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #000080;\">Le <i>Real Time Marketing <\/i>ou la planification\u00a0? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Les marques veulent davantage improviser que planifier. L\u2019exemple classique est le tweet d\u2019Oreo durant le \u00ab\u00a0blackout\u00a0\u00bb lors du Super Bowl 2013. Toutefois, pour donner l\u2019impression d\u2019improviser, il faut justement \u00ab\u00a0ne pas improviser\u00a0\u00bb. Plusieurs marques se battent pour obtenir plus d\u2019engagement de leur part. Selon quelques \u00e9tudes, les internautes r\u00e9clament des offres exclusives, des rabais ou des cadeaux que l\u2019on ne trouve nul part ailleurs.
