En\u00a0hausse de 61% par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2013, ces interactions avec leurs adeptes ont aussi augment\u00e9 le taux d&rsquo;engagement de 105% durant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des compagnies de la stature de\u00a0Microsoft, Disney et McDonalds ont compris que Twitter, de par sa nature interactive et instantan\u00e9e, est une plateforme incontournable qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe des communications de r\u00e9agir en temps r\u00e9el &#8211; et sauver beaucoup d&rsquo;argent en dommages collat\u00e9raux &#8211; lors d&rsquo;une crise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outil de mesure de plus en plus efficace, Twitter sert \u00e9galement les\u00a0marques qui d\u00e9sirent se rapprocher de leur base en mariant l&rsquo;engagement, un service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le efficient ainsi qu&rsquo;une loyaut\u00e9 \u00e0 la stimulation des ventes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et bien que le\u00a0lien soit t\u00e9nu entre les relations publiques (et le service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le par extension) et l&rsquo;augmentation du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires, une pr\u00e9sence active des
