Telle est\u00a0la conclusion d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.itsma.com\/\">ITSMA<\/a> (<em>Information Technology Services Marketing<\/em>\u00a0Association) en f\u00e9vrier 2015, qui d\u00e9voile que\u00a0les budgets marketing vont globalement augmenter de 4,4%.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/budget.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-15300 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/budget.gif\" alt=\"budget\" width=\"287\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a>Que vont faire\u00a0les professionnels du marketing B2B de\u00a0cet argent? <strong>Les employ\u00e9s<\/strong> devraient repr\u00e9senter le plus important poste de d\u00e9penses, comptant pour 42% des budgets marketing. Avec 28% des d\u00e9penses qui leur sont allou\u00e9es, <strong>les programmes et campagnes marketing<\/strong> se situent non loin derri\u00e8re. Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance qui lui est accord\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e, <strong>le d\u00e9veloppement de marketing de contenu<\/strong> ne devrait quant \u00e0 lui pas exc\u00e9der 15% des d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ITSMA souligne par ailleurs que 55% des budgets de\u00a0programmes et campagnes concerneront le marketing hors-ligne, et 45% seront d\u00e9di\u00e9s au digital. Cependant, une autre \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en janvier dernier par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.regalix.com\/\">Regalix<\/a> indique pour sa part que 52% des marketeurs nord-am\u00e9ricains s&rsquo;attendaient \u00e0 d\u00e9penser plus de la moiti\u00e9 de leur budget global dans le digital cette ann\u00e9e (contre 36% en 2014).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Les budgets en B2C sont plus importants qu&rsquo;en B2B<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/budget-2.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-15301 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/budget-2.gif\" alt=\"budget 2\" width=\"334\" height=\"186\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces perspectives positives, les budgets marketing B2B restent moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s que ceux du B2C. En f\u00e9vrier dernier, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fuqua.duke.edu\/\">l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Duke de l&rsquo;\u00c9cole de commerce Fuqua<\/a> a publi\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate\u00a0mandat\u00e9e par l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ama.org\/Pages\/default.aspx\">Association Am\u00e9ricaine du Marketing<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/\">McKinsey &amp; Company<\/a>. Il y appara\u00eet que les d\u00e9penses en produits et services B2B repr\u00e9sentent respectivement 7,4% et 8,6% des budgets globaux allou\u00e9s aux marketing dans les entreprises am\u00e9ricaines. Concernant les produits et services B2C, les chiffres sont respectivement de 9,1% et 9,3%. Enfin, l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate indique que les professionnels du marketing B2B am\u00e9ricains ne s&rsquo;attendent pas \u00e0 une hausse de plus de 9% de leurs budgets.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ITSMA a par ailleurs d\u00e9couvert que de nombreux marketeurs B2B pouvaient d\u00e9passer leurs budgets: un peu moins de 8 sur 10 d&rsquo;entre eux ont affirm\u00e9 avoir <strong>acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des fonds \u00e9manant d&rsquo;autres sources que leur budget officiel<\/strong> &#8211;
