D\u00e9couvrez quels sont ceux qui ont un avenir prometteur. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <a href=\"file:\/\/\/Users\/Aurore\/Downloads\/cp_etude_iab_france_transition_digitale_des_metiers_marketing_et_communication.pdf\">barom\u00e8tre<\/a> met en lumi\u00e8re les dix m\u00e9tiers amen\u00e9s \u00e0 perdurer.\u00a0En plein d\u00e9veloppement, ce sont \u00e9galement ceux qui vont certainement beaucoup recruter dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es. Le trio de t\u00eate repose sur des enjeux majeurs de la transformation digitale:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>analyste de donn\u00e9es<\/strong> \u00e0 85% (lire, sur le m\u00eame sujet, <a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=15673\">notre article<\/a> sur l&rsquo;importance de la ma\u00eetrise des m\u00e9gadonn\u00e9es en entreprise);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>chef de projet web mobile<\/strong> \u00e0 81%, et responsable de la strat\u00e9gie mobile \u00e0 78%;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>chef de projet en\u00a0gestion de la relation-client sur Internet<\/strong> (e-CRM) \u00e0 78%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/metiers-marketing-digital-communication-publicite-cartographie-etude-iab-france-2015-2-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15736\" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/metiers-marketing-digital-communication-publicite-cartographie-etude-iab-france-2015-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"metiers-marketing-digital-communication-publicite-cartographie-etude-iab-france-2015-2 (1)\" width=\"558\" height=\"310\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;IAB France estime en revanche\u00a0que les m\u00e9tiers de consultant IT, administrateur r\u00e9seaux, int\u00e9grateur Web, d\u00e9veloppeur multim\u00e9dia et chef de projet technique Web ne sont pas amen\u00e9s \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper avec la m\u00eame importance dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">De nouveaux m\u00e9tiers bien sp\u00e9cifiques<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9volution des m\u00e9tiers du marketing et de la communication num\u00e9rique est <strong>intrins\u00e8quement li\u00e9e \u00e0 celle, rapide, de la technologie<\/strong>. Si tous les m\u00e9tiers sont concern\u00e9s, les plus r\u00e9cents le sont encore davantage. La taille de l\u2019entreprise et sa souplesse jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans cette \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude propose une cartographie des m\u00e9tiers de la communication et du marketing digital afin de r\u00e9aliser un \u00e9tat des lieux des m\u00e9tiers actuels et de se projeter vers leurs possibles \u00e9volutions. En croisant le degr\u00e9 de maturit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers (r\u00e9siduel, dominant, \u00e9mergent) avec leur niveau de sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9, on constate que <strong>les 10 m\u00e9tiers en vogue sont plut\u00f4t \u00e9mergents et sp\u00e9cifiques. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/metiers-marketing-digital-communication-publicite-cartographie-etude-iab-france-2015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15737\" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/metiers-marketing-digital-communication-publicite-cartographie-etude-iab-france-2015.jpg\" alt=\"metiers-marketing-digital-communication-publicite-cartographie-etude-iab-france-2015\" width=\"558\" height=\"310\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Les comp\u00e9tences\u00a0essentielles auxquelles se former<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le barom\u00e8tre s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse \u00e9galement aux comp\u00e9tences qui seront indispensables, \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir, aux professionnels des secteurs du marketing et de la communication. Selon les personnes interrog\u00e9es, les 10 comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s sont:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>la gestion de projet digital<\/strong> (73%),<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>la ma\u00eetrise des leviers de performance<\/strong> (62%),<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>la ma\u00eetrise des outils d&rsquo;analyse<\/strong> (59%),<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>les m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/strong> (54%),<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Viennent ensuite\u00a0l&rsquo;engagement comportemental ou DMP (46%),\u00a0les bases de donn\u00e9es ou CRM (43%),\u00a0le r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement ou SEO (40%),\u00a0les courriels marketing (39%),\u00a0la ma\u00eetrise d&rsquo;AdWords (32%) et\u00a0la connaissance des syst\u00e8mes de gestion de contenus ou CMS (24%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les 4 premi\u00e8res comp\u00e9tences sont jug\u00e9es \u00ab\u00a0indispensables\u00a0\u00bb pour les marketeurs, et doivent donc faire l&rsquo;objet de formations adapt\u00e9es. Concernant ce volet, les personnes sond\u00e9es sont 57% \u00e0 estimer que <strong>la meilleure formation reste la pratique<\/strong> et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience acquise lors de la r\u00e9alisation de projets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">51% pensent que les s\u00e9minaires sont efficaces, et 37% penchent pour les formations en ligne.<\/p>\n<p><a
