{"id":16370,"date":"2015-03-26T12:20:43","date_gmt":"2015-03-26T16:20:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=16370"},"modified":"2015-04-09T16:33:48","modified_gmt":"2015-04-09T20:33:48","slug":"les-publicites-epinglees-par-les-consommateurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/les-publicites-epinglees-par-les-consommateurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Les publicit\u00e9s \u00e9pingl\u00e9es par les consommateurs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/publicit\u00e9.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16371 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/publicit\u00e9-1024x368.jpg\" alt=\"publicit\u00e9\" width=\"432\" height=\"155\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span class=\"s1\">Le 26 mars 2015 &#8211;\u00a0<\/span>Les normes canadiennes de la publicit\u00e9 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.normespub.com\/fr\/\">NCP<\/a>) publiaient hier\u00a0leur <i>Rapport des plaintes contre la publicit\u00e9 &#8211; Revue de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2014. <\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Ce rapport\u00a0 fournit de l&rsquo;information sur les plaintes que les consommateurs ont soumises \u00e0 NCP en\u00a02014 afin qu&rsquo;elles soient examin\u00e9es en vertu du <i>Code canadien des normes de la publicit\u00e9<\/i> (le <i>Code<\/i>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il en ressort que <strong>864 publicit\u00e9s ont fait l&rsquo;objet de quelques 1274 plaintes<\/strong>, parmi lesquelles <strong>54% concernaient des publicit\u00e9s inexactes ou trompeuses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Le secteur le plus touch\u00e9 par ces plaintes est celui du <strong>commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/strong>, qui a enregistr\u00e9 130 plaintes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Enfin, les Conseils des normes ind\u00e9pendants ont pour leur part retenu\u00a080\u00a0plaintes concernant 36 publicit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Selon la Vice-Pr\u00e9sidente des Normes de NCP, Mme Janet Feasby, <strong>les Canadiens expriment, via leurs plaintes, leurs pr\u00e9occupations concernant les publicit\u00e9s qu&rsquo;ils croient \u00eatre trompeuses ou inexactes<\/strong>.
