{"id":16380,"date":"2015-04-07T05:26:28","date_gmt":"2015-04-07T09:26:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/?p=16380"},"modified":"2015-04-09T15:44:54","modified_gmt":"2015-04-09T19:44:54","slug":"la-realite-virtuelle-le-magasinage-de-demain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/la-realite-virtuelle-le-magasinage-de-demain\/","title":{"rendered":"La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, le magasinage de demain?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/TopShop-Moscou-cabine-dessaye-realite-augmentee.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16419 \" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/TopShop-Moscou-cabine-dessaye-realite-augmentee.jpg\" alt=\"TopShop-Moscou-cabine-dessaye-realite-augmentee\" width=\"297\" height=\"198\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e du commerce de d\u00e9tail et de la technologie, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle est devenue un sujet bel et bien concret\u00a0pour les d\u00e9taillants. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Certains se lancent actuellement dans l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, comme par exemple The North Face, qui d\u00e9bute une exp\u00e9rience en magasin\u00a0consistant \u00e0\u00a0faire tester aux clients ses manteaux en conditions ext\u00e9rieures, ou encore la marque de boissons Mountain Dew, qui a r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience interactive pour les accros de planche \u00e0 neige.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Des consommateurs ouverts \u00e0 la nouveaut\u00e9&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Virtual-Reality.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-16418 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/isarta.com\/infos\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Virtual-Reality.gif\" alt=\"Virtual Reality\" width=\"324\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a>Si l&rsquo;on en croit les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.walkersands.com\/\">Walker Sands<\/a> en d\u00e9cembre dernier, les consommateurs manifestent un go\u00fbt certain pour les exp\u00e9riences de ce type: si deux tiers des internautes am\u00e9ricains affirment \u00eatre int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, et <strong>63% estiment qu&rsquo;elle pourrait\u00a0m\u00eame changer leur fa\u00e7on de magasiner.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour le moment, les consommateurs sont plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise de magasiner dans un point de vente classique. Mais lorsqu&rsquo;on les questionne sur l&rsquo;impact que pourrait avoir la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle sur leurs habitudes de <em>shopping<\/em>, <strong>32% se d\u00e9clarent ouverts \u00e0 acheter davantage en ligne s&rsquo;ils ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des \u00ab\u00a0sensations\u00a0\u00bb autour du produit<\/strong>. 22% pensent qu&rsquo;ils ressentiront moins le besoin de se rendre en point de vente du fait de cette technologie.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">&#8230; Mais des d\u00e9buts timides<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cependant, on ne peut nier que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle n&rsquo;en est qu&rsquo;\u00e0 ses balbutiements: 37% des personnes interrog\u00e9es n&rsquo;imaginent pas que cette technologie puisse, \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, influencer leur exp\u00e9rience de magasinage.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre \u00e9tude mondiale men\u00e9e par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accenture.com\/us-en\/pages\/index.aspx\">Accenture<\/a> r\u00e9v\u00e8le que <strong>seulement 8% des internautes pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;acheter un casque de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle dans les 12 prochains mois<\/strong>. Par contre, 14% d\u00e9clarent envisager cet achat dans les 3 ans \u00e0 venir, et 12% d&rsquo;ici 5 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Si Walker Sands met donc le doigt sur les attentes de consommateurs en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, et la n\u00e9cessaire pr\u00e9paration des commer\u00e7ants pour y r\u00e9pondre, une enqu\u00eate de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eiu.com\/home.aspx\">The Economist Intelligence\u00a0Unit\u00a0<\/a>affirme pour sa part que <strong>les professionnels du marketing ne sont globalement pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 voir cette technologie se d\u00e9mocratiser<\/strong>.
